Brij Villa has an excellent location high on a hill, secluded from the busy township, surrounded with lovely trees. It is perfect for those seeking peace, quiet and closeness with nature. The villa has all essential modern facilities for a comfortable stay. The food is excellent. Sachin ji and his staff are wonderful, helpful and always attentive. In our brief stay we felt like house guests rather than tourists, and the whole experience was very special.

I have holidayed across India and abroad and I would consider Brij Villa as one of the best experiences ever. We stayed in Imperial room on 1st floor on the garden side (Room 103). I would assume that Room 101 and 103 are the best in the property overlooking the sit-out. The rooms are spacious with a heater. It also had an anteroom for dressing and cupboards as well as a spacious bathroom. The beauty of the place was it had the colonial look on the outside but modern facilities inside. However, the most important aspect of this place which made all the difference was the service. Sachin Rana and his team was spectacular and I dont think I have ever experienced a service of this level. It was personalised and homely. You could order what you want to eat for each meal and the time you want to have it. Since we were in a holiday, we decided to start the late and hence requested for breakfast to be served around 1030 and we got what we wanted at the time we wanted. Every evening we were offered nice snacks along with hot tea in the garden sit-out. Every now and then Atul (caretaker) would come and check with us if we needed anything. Who would do this in today's day and age? The team also suggested us the sightseeing to do considering it was heavy rains all around. They would provide us with big umbrella so that we can handle the rains. Point to note: Ground floor rooms are not ideal in monsoon as water from the ground makes it damp. The approach to the property is tricky as it has some sharp turns and has a steep rise and hence one needs to know hill-toe driving to climb up the steep. Avoid taking big cars as the 3 sharp turns are tough to maneuver. And lastly, Sachin and team would ensure you are fed well during the stay and hence if you are a small-eater then you are in for a trouble. All in all, it was one of the best experiences we have had in a long time.

We were taken care of. They made sure that we were comfortable and that we enjoyed our stay. All of my requests and queries were done well. The people and villa are a delight. I would like to visit again during spring or summer. Their smiles and their words are genuine.

The room was very nice. It was warmed up . The blanket were comfortable. The food was above expectation.the chef is very talented.

It was a very cold day and the loby cant be warmed up because its an old building. But as mentioned down, the room was warmed up well..

A beautiful colonial mansion, nestled among cedar trees. All the essential amnesties without losing its old world charm.

Overall great staff and we got a free upgrade as the higher price room was available. Amazing decor and rooms were spacious and beautifully designed. Quite and comfortable.

I wish it was a bit cheaper. The food was very good but a bit too rich and oily.

Breakfast was superb. Sachin and his team were all very good, responsible and fast in service.
