We only stayed one night so didn't get to see/use many of the facilities. The bed was so comfortable and warm. Strong shower and good wifi. A fair way from the city centre however a metro line (Line 1) is nearby. Limited English spoken by staff however they did try their best to respond to questions. The hotel also gave us a free shuttle to Kunming South Railway station, a 15 minute drive.

This hotel offers high value for money: you get the typical 5-star flair despite the hotel being really affordable. Large and clean room, spectacular breakfast buffet.

Everything seemed rather impersonal, as is often the case in that type of hotel. Chunrong street is not the best location, since you still have to take the subway to get to Kunming South train station (it might seem quite near on a map but it's actually a one hour walk).

Very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is close to a shopping Mall with lots of food options.

The location is great if you want to stay close to Kunming South station. To get into the inner city does take a while.

Good value to money Nice buffet dinner and price. Hotel near to Kunming south railway station, 15 min. By car. Good to stay here for early morning train schedule to Xishuangbanna Pu’er and Laos.

Stay 1 night for Transit back to KUL, very nice hotel, clean and comfortable, really 5 ⭐ Hotel. Near to LRT Station, walking distance.

I like all the rooms design and the furniture, 1st class.

Our staying in the hotel was a great experience. The facilities were clean and very confortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. We truly recommend it.

Spacious Room; Near Kunming south railway station

Room is a little dark and gloomy. Can do with brighter lights. Some parts of the carpet has loosen and not attached to the floor.

It contains the basics you can expect from a 5-star hotel. Staffs are super friendly and helpful, free shuttle bus to South train station is a plus.

The hotel room was super comfortable, had so many amenities. There was a huge shopping centre just a 5 min walk behind the hotel.
