The staff were fantastic. We left something in the room on departure and were called within minutes of leaving. Thankyou to the housekeeper and receptionist for that. The room was lovely and clean ,comfortable large beds (even the single bed was larger than normal) room was a nice temperature and with lots of hot water,bright clean towels and bed linen tv and even water in the fridge. We had breakfast which was definitely adequate for our short stay . Continental style.. An excellent location with parking and restaurants within walking distance A+

The room was spacious and well furnished and the beds were very comfortable. There was a good buffet breakfast. Everything was very clean.

Not really something we disliked, but the hot water supply to the washbasin and shower was a little erratic, a few times the water ran cold. Also the shower overflowed onto the floor, needs a curtain or door panel extension.

Good value for money, well cleaned and comfortable rooms, good very central location and nice staff.

Noise insulation to the hallway limited. Breakfast does not have much variety.

Situated in the city center, it's very clean, the room was large and spotless, comfy bed and pillow, hot show, varied breakfast.

The building from the outside looks very old and worn out. The rooms and interior are quit basic. The isolation between the rooms could be better, as you can hear people speaking in other rooms.

Nice large room with good cleaning and a nice view. We enjoyed the quiet of Monforte de Lemos.

A suggestion is to place an additional larger trash can in the room. Another suggestion: breakfast could be expanded with some granola or an egg/bacon option to make hikers happy.

Great location in Monforte. The hotel has been recently renovated and is modern, clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The only negative point is the disappointing breakfast. It consisted of processed products (bread, cakes etc) and a bowl of fruit. Also, due to the small size of the dining room, you have to book a time for your breakfast instead of just turning up when you want to.

amazing gem of a stay, one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in and we travel a lot! meticulously clean, beautiful, very comfortable and close to all amenities. Christine is such a friendly host and the breakfast delicious! we will be back ❤️

Clean, modern, central, quality stay. Breakfast was very good. Staff friendly, a smiling welcome. A very nice place to stay if you visit this town, especially if on Caminio.

Large soft bed, nice view to a pasture with grazing sheep hidden inbetween the buildings, very kind and helpful receptionists

I missed a tub in my bathroom, otherwise a great place.

Very clean and well maintained property. the staff are incredibly helpful, and they organized taxis and so on for me as my Spanish is not as good as it should be! close to town centre, bars and restaurants… perfect.
