Break fast was good on the first day. On second day it was not so good. Not sufficient quantity of food was served initially.

Food was very good on the first night. On the second night the same items were ordered. From soup to garlic chicken and Chicken chowmen all different and of inferior quality. Same is for the breakfast on the day of check out.

Loved the extensive menu. The heater in the room was very effective. The views were lovely. The village was quiet and friendly. Within walking distance to the village.

The HARD bed. There was not enough hot water for two showers.

Helpful staff, close to town, good food, plenty of towels and toiletries, room service, arranged taxi for us to Chandigarh, plenty of space, kitchen attached with kettle, sink and fridge

Room was cold, not enough heating. Wifi didn't work in bedroom so had to go out in cold to use.

This hotel scores all points in location. Their executive rooms with lawn are superb.

Its still a little bit pricey. Also the restaurant n bar need some serious makeover. They also need to update their men. But the location of Executive rooms is simply unmatched. Its so calm, so distant yet so near to the market.

Hotel location was perfect and nearby Kasauli main market (just 300 meter from Church), I have booked Family Suit room which was big enough and at very peaceful location.

Only negative points was that you need to go hotel restaurant for food; they were not servings food in hotel room and food was very tasty but costly if compare quantity wise.

Breakfast had a wide choice and people were very helpful and prompt. Excellent mushroom omelette

View was not that great from open area as blocked by trees. No view from room

it’s a heritage property, excellently maintained and managed. Staff was very hospitable and courteous. I will definitely stay at this property whenever I come to Kasauli next time.

I liked everything about it.

Good place with excellent and fresh food,staff is also very nice. It's located in the centre of kasauli,they have their personal parking so it makes it tension free. Overall good experience.
