It was a very clean and elegant facility. The woman who worked at the reception was friendly and spoke good English. It was a good check-in experience. The room itself was clean and felt nice to be in. There were no funny or moldy smells in the room and it all smelled clean. The bed was firm, the way I like it. The cleaning staff and food room service staff were all professional and friendly. They were all on time and very timely. The property is not very far from Grand Station Fashion Island mall.

The breakfast buffet was not that extensive and could include more items. Also, breakfast buffet is closed at 9:30 AM. It would be nice if it was open later for those who like to sleep in a bit longer in the morning. Also, there is no iron board or iron in the room. When I asked for one to be delivered to the room they said they do not have any. Rather, you have to pay extra to have your clothes ironed. The TV seemed limited in channels.

Friendly and service-minded staff. The room was very large just for me - double bed, but lots of floor space. Tv and a fine little bathroom. I didn't use any of the facilities. The location is far from the town, but was perfect for me, as I had to go to the airport early in the morning.

The location is not great if you are coming here to be a tourist and stay for longer, as it takes a long time to get to where it happens, but if it's like me, where I wanted to get to the airport easily, then it's perfect.

I loved my time here! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the room was big and spacious, the pool was lovely and quiet and although small, the gym had enough equipment.

There’s not many restaurants around, it’s not much of a tourist place but it’s a good location for a night or 2 before a flight

Excellent Hotel at very good price. We did not partake of the Breakfast so cannot comment but we liked the fact that it is optional so you are not forced to pay for something you don't want.

My only criticism is that the Aircon Unit was quite loud, it does have three fan speeds but even the LOW was very loud.

Big room and the bed is very wide and comfortable.

A pool in this place would be good as the summer heat was pretty rough.

The hotel was really clean and spacious! The bed was also very comfy! If you’re staying here to be close to neon countdown, then this location is great, not too far!

Breakfast was bad. It was called an American breakfast and really wasnt ! Cold eggs, Cold bacon, Salad? Cold toast and coffee not nice, Room Service was nice . Not one English speaking channel on the TV.

The Hotel was the best one so far in Thailand! The Staff was amazing, they will help you with anything you need. Hotel is very nice and clean. Best internet service. 5 star hotel!

Good Location for Navamin Road. We use the hotel to be closer to family when we are in town so we don't really get to use the facilities or even have breakfast with them so we can't comment on those.
