This universal room is wheelchair-friendly with wide maneuvering space and the bathroom is designed for wheelchair access as well, though some of the hangers’ placement might seem a bit too high for a person in a wheelchair to reach. Dryers and washer worked well unlike another GR property we stayed in during this trip. Location is good, just 5min away from Yonago with plenty of eateries and izakayas around while still being quiet. We actually came back to stay in a standard twin room a few days later as we got stranded in Yonago for a day due to post-typhoon heavy rain and happy to say that room key expectations as well.

Great price for the quality of the hotel and room. Close to the train/metro station. Staff was kind and communicative. They had extra pillows if needed. Amenities provided near the front desk. I would stay here again.

The hot spring/bath could have had better upkeep. I know it's a bonus to have it, but the sauna was off and there were no amenities in the spa area. Very minor overall and, again, I would stay here next time.

This is such an ideal minimal style hotel. I excessively experience everything I should for the reasonable price. The hotel provides basic necessary services, but clean and perfect. The breakfast is not many choices, but very good and fresh.

I must be good if the front desk recommends some tourist attractions or there might be brochures pointing travelers where they should or must visit in this town, like on this web page asking me if I visited Kaike Onsen. When I see the question "One of the nearest beaches was Kaike Onsen Beach. Did you visit it?" and I did not make it, I feel like I am missing something.

Good location, new and clean hotel , room was not big but ok,staff was very friendly and helpful 😊 we really liked our stay in this place 🤗

Breakfast.. nothing to eat as a non Japanese guest🥴 no coffee machine, no milk no any kind of cheese, no cornflakes no boiled eggs no various juices no yogurt no croissant.. really nothing to eat

Hotel was only a 5 minute walk from the train station and car rental places. Close to shopping areas so there was plenty of places close by to get something to eat. Rooms were large and clean. Beds were comfortable and there was space to put suitcases so they were out of your way. Can not use the hotel public baths if you have tattoos.

Reasonable price for a good size of room, good location and onsen bath, and almost everything you need. Beds are big enough for my family with 2Adults & 2 big kids.

The location is ideal. The room has a decent size, even for foreigners. The artificial onsen was great for my tired bones. The breakfast was great and diverse. There were even some unusual vegetarian options.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Staff were very accommodating, I had accidentally booked a smoking room and they were kind enough to relocate me to a non smoking room when they could.

Pillows were slightly uncomfortable.

Location, room size and comfort, public bath, ease of accessing everything we needed with no confusion or stress, newness of hotel, great decor, very tasty and good value breakfast at Cafe attached to hotel- would definitely stay again.
