Its my second time staying with you. I really enjoyed seeing the friendly staff again. They have a great memory because they recognized me so that adds to the stay. I really like having somewhere to eat close by which i dont have to leave. I enjoyed the pools. Didn't go to the gym this time but I will next time. Staff is great.

One thing I did noticed that I did not know and still not sure if its connected with the establishment is the bus that parks outside that can give you a ride to the beach and back at certain hours. I did not know your establishment offered that. I apologize in advanced if its not connected in any way.

The restaurant was fine. Good food, friendly staff and the best chocolate milk drink I’ve ever had!

I booked the room with two queens and I was charged for an extra person, my son, which had never happened in previous stays.

We couldn't find the coupons after misplacing them so we did not get to try the breakfast. We did have dinner at the Guacamayas restaurant and it was excellent.

We stayed in a twin bed room for 3 nights and upgraded to the executive room which was well worth the upgrade costs. The smaller room had no place to sit other on the bed.

This is my 4th time staying here and it's always an amazing stay. Always have hot water for a shower Friendly staff that can also speak English Food is nice Lovely pool

It is a very nice property, my room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very serviceable and friendly.

There were not enough staff in the Restaurant when we arrive for the amount of hosted families, so the service was slow.

Even though the hotel has its decades, it is still an impressive building. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast offers many fresh dishes.

The only detail/thing I can think of that can be improved is that the hotel is a bit old so that means you need to leave the phone charging far away from the bed, as it was built before smartphones existed and it was not renovated. Otherwise, everything was good.

Quiet, clean facility. Friendly competent staff. Close to amenities and hiways.

At this price point, in most Mexican Hotels we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many, breakfast should be included, even if it's just huevos al gusto.

-Water was hot all of the time -room was really big and very clean -very friendly staff -very good location And much more good things! Definitely recommend if you're travelling to colima for a holiday

Food could have been a little better for the price and unfortunately the restaurant isn't available 24/7
