I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Mersin and had a truly wonderful experience. I would especially like to mention Dilek Hanım at the reception — she was incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel very welcome. After spending three nights at Radisson, I decided to try another hotel in the city center. However, after just one night, I realized how much I missed the comfort, cleanliness, new towels and excellent staff attitude at Radisson Mersin. I immediately returned — and it felt like coming home. This hotel is new, clean, very comfortable, and has a pleasant scent throughout. The level of comfort and service is unmatched by other hotels in Mersin. While many people might prefer staying directly by the seaside, Radisson is just about 1 km from the coast, easily walkable. If you're visiting Mersin, I highly recommend choosing Radisson — you won’t regret it!

The hotel is centrally located and met all our expectations. Starting with the very friendly and helpful staff, the spacious and clean rooms, and the inviting buffet breakfast. We felt very comfortable and would definitely book the hotel again.

We accidentally received a room whose cleaning had not yet been fully completed. After a quick call to the reception, a staff member came to clean it, and we were given a fresh room. These things can happen — all the more reason we were pleased that the issue was quickly resolved.

A huge thank you to the staff, absolutely everyone: the valet, the hostess, the managers, the waiters (Hakan), the cooks (Musa), the bartenders, the maids and everyone I haven't mentioned who contributes to the development of the hotel's service and its prosperity. I can confidently call myself a regular guest of the hotel, thanks to the atmosphere created by the staff. Thank you.

The location has very good free parking, friendly staff, and a cheerful atmosphere; definitely recommended.
