Staff was friendly, perfect location just minutes from Kings Pointe indoor pool, the parks, and from town square. For the cheap price of the stay I wasn’t expecting much of a breakfast but you actually get a hearty breakfast! Biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, cereal, boiled eggs, sweet treats, and your drinks.

The “ hot breakfast” was disappointing. The only thing hot was biscuits and gravy which is not something everyone likes.. including me. My husband is diabetic and he had very few options. We both left hungry. Even though the price of the room was good, we will probably not come back.

The location is excellent, stores and gas stations are nearby. Many great little shops in Storm Lake! We were there for my Grandson’s wedding in a nearby town. Also highly recommend Lakeshore Restaurant for breakfast, great food and very friendly staff!

I wasn’t thrilled with the breakfast selections but that’s just me. There are other options nearby and the excellent staff experiences more than made up for that!

I appreciated the cleanliness. And being on ground level.

My only complaint is that the remote on the TV was very difficult to. I didn't watch enough TV to figure out how to quickly navigate to the channels I wanted. So, no big deal.

Everything was clean and well taken care of! It was also quiet which I didn't expect based on the location. I was pleasantly surprised and will return!!

Breakfast was good. Bed was pretty comfortable.

I don't like carpet in hotel rooms. The room was very clean. But it is rather impossible to clean any carpeting very well.

Location was good as we were going to the hospital very early in the morning. We did take time for breakfast as my husband's surgery check in time was so early and he could eat later.

We didn’t get new towels for the second day I had to ask for them the third day. Their wifi and internet were down the entire stay

The hotel staff here are amazing. The hotel is clean and quiet! Breakfast was good. The location was perfect for us!

Friendly staff, clean and updated rooms, quiet.

Smoking rooms emitted smoke through the whole hallway. As soon as you step outside the front door of the building, you are met with smokers again. I am an ex smoker from years ago, but I still can't stand the smell of cigarettes. Requesting a non-smoking room does not do much if the hallway is full of smoke.
