Good size family room Effective heating Complimentary bottled water

Shower head badly needs replacing, full of built up gunk and spraying all different directions Empty biscuit packet on the floor between beds when we arrived. Bathroom smelt like stale urine

Spacious rooms, kept very clean. Everything worked. Glasses and crockery appreciated. Shower pressure was great. Short walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Noise of trucks at night on very busy highway corner nearby.

I was arriving after reception closed. Libby called me to advise where the key would be and popped on the air conditioning, so the room was cool when I arrived. The extra thoughtful things like that, after a long day of travelling, just make such a difference

Location was great - easy to get to the supermarket, etc. They quickly switched our room to a disability accessible one when it was discovered that an admin error had missed that request. They also found the ring I lost there and held it untill we passed through on our return journey.

Spacious room, was very clean and comfortable. Some noise from the main road in the rooms nearest reception. There was also a microwave and crockery and utensils as well as the usual tea/coffee making facilities. Easy walking distance to shops and eating places.

The presentation of the room upon arrival was exceptional. Large room, very clean. The property had heaps of space and was able to park the car outside the room.

The only very slight negative was the location near the main highway and hearing the odd truck in the morning. But it was minimal

Dry clean. Convenient location. Friendly staff. Spacious room. Well supplied with tea, coffee, fridge, microwave etc. As a solo female traveler I felt safe at the property.

Bed was very hard. No power points near the bed for charging phone etc.

Quick service and easy check in and out. Great to have parking off street. Loved the club next door for dinner and optional early bird breakfast.

The bed was a little firm but not uncomfortable. We should have asked for extra pillows and an extra blanket but aircon helped to warm up the room. Would be great if there were bedside lamps. Overall, exceptionally clean and tidy and would stay again!

The Motel is fairly new or has been maintained to a high level. Rooms very clean, beds comfortable, air-con worked well. No dining facilities but keyed access to the club next door which has very good food. The motel is Video Monitored and gated at night so vehicles and what is in the vehicle are better protected than an open carpark. Really liked this feature.

Happy with the total package.

Spacious room with lots of supplies e.g., large selection of coffee/tea bickies, toaster microwave, etc. Was comfortable and clean and close to everything. Pretty soundproof considering it is on the main road where a lot of trucks pass around it. Thought it might have been very noisy but not the case.

Our room had a very large bathroom which is equipped for those with a disability - however the open plan meant a lot of water flowed onto the floor from the shower making floor quite slippery and there was not much space to hang up clothes or bench area in bathroom so my clothes got wet. I probably should have realised but a few more hooks in there may have helped.
