We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying here. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lady, who greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and hospitality. It immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. The room number was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed—comfy bed, reverse cycle aircon, microwave, fridge with water bottles, toaster, plates, cutlery, coffee/tea, and a neat dining setup. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with essentials, with quality shampoo, conditioner, and soap provided. The curtains were clean, neatly arranged, and blocked out light and noise effectively—ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep with no disturbances from outside. The on-site restaurant was excellent—delicious meals from both the pub and Indian menus. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the central location made it easy to access everything in town. Woolworths is conveniently located right across the street, and Coles is just a one-minute walk away—perfect for grabbing anything you need during your stay. Location is perfect—Woolies right across the road, Coles just a minute’s walk. Plenty of parking onsite (up to 10 vehicles) plus roadside options for cars with trailers or caravans. Whether you’re passing through or staying a while, this motel truly ticks all the boxes for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. We highly recommend staying here if you get the chance—we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Very kind and thoughtful host. We were well cared for in a mobility challenged room . The HOTEl runs a magnificent restaurant with Great INDIAN FOOD COOKED BY FRIENDLY INDIAN COOKS. Bistro food also available. Whilst there is no provision for breakfast - diagnally opposite the HOTEL IS A FAB COFFEE SHOP WHCIH INCLUDES great coffee and goumet food. Also knick knacks to buy. A thriving business opened each day at 7am \

Our party of 1 couple, 1 other adult, chose the 2 bed executive apartment. Easy access, ground floor. It was excellent; lounge/kitchenette tastefully furnished with lounge, glass meal table, large glass work desk with lamp, coffee table and another glass side wall table. It made for an modern, airy ambience to the room. Two Q-bed bedrooms. Bathroom appeared brand new. Excellent value. Two big supermarkets either side of the hotel. Quiet, 1block off main road. Didn't avail ourselves of the hotel facilities (bar, bistro).

We were in town for a sporting event and had dinner at the Tourist Hotel = amazing renovation and great pub nearby. The room was comfy and adequate for people laying their heads before early start the next day and on to sport.

We really were not there for long enough to find fault. We checkedin - went to dinner and then walked back to room. Went to slleep, up early for sport. The room was clean and comfy and no reason for any negativity. The price was high - we did contact hotel and explain our party was now smaller than when we booked and they were not able to find us a smaller room but that's not a negative thing - just a note they do not have volumes of rooms to change when plans change.

I arrived late afternoon, after a long drive on a hot day. I sank into the cool of a beer garden and enjoyed a cold drink. The suite was well appointed.

Problems with” gadgets “ First our door key did not work. Turns out it was the wrong key. Next the aircon remote did not work. My room was set at 16 C and the fan blasting. It turned out the batteries were flat. They fixed that. Lastly the batteries in TV remote did not work. It was turned off at the wall. Obviously because other people had encountered this. You could change volume and channel. I did not call them a third time. I let them know the next day.

Perfect location with very friendly helpful staff. The room was large with plenty of room for bags. Having dinning available on site was a bonus.

Carpark was full when we arrived, but there was plenty of street parking. The room was very large with a separate lounge area with the TV. There was a fold-out bed that was covered in stains. Not at all inviting. While the room was comfortable, it was dated, and the bathroom certainly needed some love.

Great location - able to walk to birthday party. Comfortable bed, spacious room, good value for money, fridge had freezer with separate door (even though bar size), sofa, desk with lamp, table & chairs, sink. Biggest shower head have seen! High ceilings. Off street parking.

Shower recess leaked onto bathroom floor, no washer supplied. Corner of carpark needs drain hole - water pools in corner parking space near street & lane after rain.

I think the room needs to be upgraded. The paint was too dark. The room wasn’t welcoming. The window facing the hallway with the lights was weird - should condemn it. a small investment would make the room look way better and better decorations But it was confortable overall so I give it a 10 but it should be 9.5 :)

Spacious room, great bed, excellent food @ restaurant (Indian)! Great location - walk to supermarket, service station across road, walk to other restaurants. Separate small room with sink, table & chairs, small fridge with freezer & microwave. Crockery & cutlery in cupboard.

Shower door leaked - water covered lot of bathroom floor after shower.

Centrally located in town, close to Woolworths, service station and Takeaway food shops. Pub downstairs which was cosy and the restaurant had really good Indian Food. I’d go back there for the food the next time I stop in Narrabri. The room was clean and comfortable

Not their fault but a lot of workers staying there and they got up around 4 - 4.30 am so woke us up just with the noise. Otherwise it was fine.
