The Spring room was very nice. It was roomy and very clean. The common space for the kitchen and living room was also a plus. The breakfast provided at the sister Pine Tree Inn was delicious. Overall, it was a very nice stay and would recommend staying there to anyone. Note that we stayed on a Sunday night and the local market and restaurant are closed. We drove up to Pioche which is nearby for a nice burger at the Historic Silver Cafe. Also places in Caliente if needed.
The only suggestions we would have are 1.) that a ceiling fan would be nice to have in the room and 2.) please send the access code be sent ahead of time. It was good to be met to show us around (owners/hosts don't live in the house), but I could not get a good signal to call and have the owners meet us. Fortunately my wife did have a signal.

Was looking for a place to stay near cathedral gorge, this is 1 of the 2 options nearby 😂. Only a 5-6 minute drive to get to the park, so convenient. But it’s an interesting place it’s a house with a common kitchen, 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms that can be booked within the house, and then there’s a large space in the middle and then the door to the ranchers retreat (which is the 1 bedroom apartment). It is locked with a key pad code which is nice. Then there is a den area with another space that can be booked, but not sure how many beds/bathrooms that is. It looks a little sketchy driving up to the area but once you see the house you park at the guest parking area around the side. The property is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Check in was done over the phone there wasnt really a front desk where you talk to someone. They gave me codes to the house and to our 1 bedroom apartment within the house. They asked what time we wanted breakfast in the AM. The 1 bedroom apartment was so spacious with cabinets everywhere. There is a bedroom with TV and king size bed. One full bathroom, then a small hallway with a kitchenette and a small fridge, another king size bed and then a couch at the foot of the bed that i believe pulls out into a bed. There is bar soap, lotion, and hybrid shampoo/conditioner bottles in the bathroom. We walked around the corner to pine tree inn for breakfast at that house, and it included a yogurt parfait, sausage patty, toast, scrambled eggs, and shredded potato hash brown. Let them know if you have any dietary restrictions during check in. Breakfast was delicious, our stay was so comfortable i wish i had booked another night! O and from the guest parking lot, at night we could see the stars it was incredible! Went to cathedral gorge to see stars and didnt need to, from the property we could actually see them better and it was so beautiful. Be prepared on Sunday most things are closed for resturants and the panaca market as well.

This was our 3rd stay with the owner at one of her two B&B's in Panaca, NV and the 2nd at Swallow Cove. As always, everything was perfect from the facility to the home-cooked breakfast and the interaction with other guests at the two facilities. Panaca is basically "in the middle of nowhere" and the Pine Tree Inn and Swallow Cove are exceptional places to stay on the long road (US93) between either Las Vegas or Mesquite, NV and Ely, NV. And if you want to stay for a couple of days, there are some worthwhile places to check out in the area, including a variety of State Parks and the old mining town of Pioche. We will definitely be staying again on our travels south for some winter sunshine and warm weather.
Can't think of anything.

Perfect location for exploring the Nevada State Parks in the area. Easy check in. Bed was very comfortable. Microwave and fridge was handy. There were basic dishes and cups to use. Lots of light and wall receptacles. There was a full hot breakfast served but you had to drive or walk a short distance to a sister property for it. It was delicious and very worth it.
The cottage has a mini split that heated the room just fine but the bathroom didn't get a lot of the heat/cooling into it. The tile floor in the bathroom was icy cold. We put down towels to walk on. Bring slippers-that will help. There is no table or chairs to eat at. Kind of tricky. There are two easy chairs as part of the furniture that you can sit down in but no place to put a plate or cup if you are planning to eat while there. There is no TV but that may be a function of the remote area. There wasn't a hair dryer, hence I didn't shower as I need a hairdryer for my hair style to look the best.

nice house, very clean, great location near state parks, good breakfast served a few hundred yards away. great staff, very attentive even though they live off property. they even got out of their sick bed to assist. this is a house that serves around 4 rooms in the house and a casita in the rear.
cracked toilet seat, could use room darkening shades as not all the windows are covered (arch window), had some difficulty with the tv but staff corrected it, floor lamp did not work

WAS OFFERED BREAKFAST - DID NOT WANT BREAKFAST - LOCATION TUCKED AWAY IN A RURAL NEV TOWN IT WAS A REAL SURPRISE - KIND OF LIKE A ROOM AT THE WALDORF - SUPER SUPER ROOM - VERY VERY NICE WAY UP THERE
TOLIET WAS PRETTY LOW FOR A MAN OVER 6FT TALL - ALL THE FIXTURES IN THE BATHROOM WERE GOLD COLORED AND REALLY LOOKED NICE AND WELL THOUGHT OUT AND FURNISHED - IF THERE WAS A SCALE OF 1 TO 10 THIS ROOM WAS A 12+

Great location as we were touring in pioche/caliente area. Clean and comfortable.
Not much to complain about. Bedroom standing lamp was not working. No tissues in room or common area. Some dishes (which we did not use) were not clean. Surfaces of appliances were greasy in some places.

We were pleasantly surprised of how well this property is handled. Facility is well maintained. Jenny is a fantastic host! Too bad we were just passing through. Would have not minded to stay another day or two if our schedule permitted it. The breakfast nook is also cozy and food is freshly cooked. I can’t give enough praise for this property. We appreciate as well her recommendation on visiting local attractions.

Quaint private 1 room cottage with beautiful updated bathroom. Nice if you want a little more privacy than the main house. About the size of a regular hotel room. Very nice homemade breakfast around the block at Pine Tree Inn.

The location worked well with our plans. The breakfast was very good. Lots of room to move around.
It felt strange not having the owners on site although they were available and very responsive through text messaging.
