The best breakfast we've had in Turkey in 3 weeks of travel! Comfortable bed, quiet room. Nice walk around lake.

There was a built in wall fan making lots of noise when we arrived. When I complained (ready to move rooms) they said all rooms have them and it'll turn off at 5pm. The staff don't smile, or make eye contact. They seem unhappy we're there. We had had two staff smile, the breakfast server and the morning receptionist. Dinner in the restaurant was slow, they didn't have our choices and food was bland and only passable, and service was without a smile. I was surprised breakfast was so good after the poor evening meal. There's rubble, a few trip hazards and weeds around the place...needs tidying up.

we were going to attend a wedding in the area and this hotel served perfectly for a one night stay after a long drive duing the day and a long night at the wedding.

apparently there is a miscommunication between booking and the hotel. because, from booking website you can secure the payment with amex and after checking in to your room you can hear a knock on the door to find an employee with a pos machine in hand saying "we couldn't get the payment". upon seeing your amex not going through but another card working, you get to realize they don't accept amex. that's totally fine, but finding this out after getting in the room is wrong. this should be told upfront and the employees have to be knowledgable about these basics.

On the lake with a lovely lakeside walk. Breakfast was very good and lots of it.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, but there was a lingering smell of smoke. I would expect smoking isn’t allowed in the rooms, but it was obvious people had been smoking in there. Also, the duvet was not wide enough for the lovely king size bed.

My favorite part My favourite part was the facilities of the hotel. I was never bored at the hotel. Every day I spent with different activities. I spent one day completely at the hotel. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. It is a marvellous place.

Maybe it could be a little cheaper. I only have a criticism about the prices, that's all. The hotel was really nice. It's worth your money. There is nothing to criticise too much. I'm and my friends were satisfied.

Wi-fi was good. Lot of free place for parking. Room was big and clean, we get lake view room, which had beautiful view of lake and Ankara at the early morning, The breakfasts was amazing, they serve us fresh and delicious Turkish breakfast. Definitely recommend this place to stay when traveling through Ankara.

Bathroom need some renovation.

We chose this hotel at the Ankara point of our trip. It is marvellous to be by the lake. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We were also pleased that our room was upgraded. We are travelling with our own car and we did not have any parking problems. The staff is friendly and they patiently answer every question. The breakfast is satisfactory.

love the location, next to the lake, great for walks or run. peacefull environment love the breakfast also appreciate the staff who really try their best to understand us and talk with us in English the room was also great, bed nice

Comfortable stay, tasty and filling breakfast, good wifi, helpful staff, easy access to the pathway around the lake, 40 minutes by taxi to the airport.

There was a significant cigarette smell in the room on arrival. Disappeared after one day with open window. The company details that I provided during reservation were not transferred to the hotel and the staff was not able to put it on the invoice.

The hotel lo;cation overlooks a beautiful lake and there is a nice waterfront walk which leads to several restaurants and eateries. Plenty of parking and the grounds are well maintained. The rooms were of adequate size with comfy beds.

The wall in the bathroom seemed to be quite thin as I could hear my friend's music and when he used the shower etc.

I only stayed for one night and breakfast but the hotel was ok for a stop on my way from Istanbul to Cappafocia. The staff did not know much English but they were very kind and they served a very good breakfast. The room was clean and spacious and it was beautifully decorated. i enjoyed my short time there.
