Excelent hosts, everyone treated us very friendly, helpful and nice. We loved the pool and the comfort of the room. Truly the best hotel in our travels so far.

Excellent location....very clean and quiet....good value for money.....food at the restaurant was good and a great service...

We got to the hotel at 12.20 only 40 minutes before check-in....we travel by motorcycle and we where In traffic in a 32 degrees temperature for a while....the first thing the lady at reception says was....check-in is at 1.00pm...I looked at my watch and it was 12.20 pm...she said sorry it is 12.00 and check-in is at 1.00 pm....while filling up forms and waiting I've got my phone out and it was 12.25....I did show it to her and at the point she said check-in at 1.00 pm....politely I explained to her that we where only 40 minutes earlier and with the motorcycle gear on was really hot....finally with the intervention of another lady that was a bit more friendly we got our room that BTW was Ready......

One of the worst 3 star hotels I have stayed at. As soon as I arrive I’m told that my room was changed. I booked a room with a view of the pool and a balcony, just like you can see in their deceiving photos. They made it sound like I was getting an upgrade but I wasn’t. The bed was dirty, old mattress that doesn’t fit the bed frame. A refrigerator that sounds like an old tractor. Cigarette burns in the jacuzzi tub. A bed frame that you crack your shins on. Broken tiles in the bathroom, no hot water, The list of problems is endless. Reception didn’t care when I mentioned these issues. This place is basically an overpriced hostel Also the breakfast is terrible.
