⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I enjoyed my stay at this property! It is a solid four-star facility with comfortable rooms that provided a restful retreat after exploring the area. The on-site restaurant was satisfactory, offering a decent selection of meals to start my day. The hotel's wonderful location made it easy to access local attractions, which enhanced my overall experience. While the Wi-Fi was a bit hit or miss, it didn’t detract from the stay. The professional staff were attentive and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my time there. I recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a quality stay!

I love the comfortable rooms the very fast and easy to sign in wifi the free coffee tea and cookies in the middle floor hallway and my wife love the 24 hours room service that it does cost a bit more but the food it's delicious.

The only thing we didn't like it's that the hotel it's solid concrete and noise travel too much it's a bit noisy at all time of the day, but it wouldn't refrained me from making it my first choice next time in town.

Asked for the 🔝 floor and got it! The staff is helpful and polite. The room was nice and clean. Everything in the city center is within walking distance.

Breakfast is overpriced. Big buffet, but had to ask for coffee twice ☕️ and butter 🧈 . The omelette was good in taste but cold (maybe because I had breakfast 🍳 at 06.30 a.m. - but still should also work at this hour).

We liked the proximity of the hotel to downtown and all the events of the festival in October leading up to Dia de Muertos.

That I had to pay extra to have coffee pods provided daily as part of the room rate. First hotel I've been in where they charge for coffee pods and coffee service beyond the first day. Just include it in the room rate.

Great location right in the centre and the staff were very helpful. The bed was very comfy. The housekeeping staff left a handwritten note saying that they were happy to assist us with anything we needed. I thought it was lovely that they went out of their way like that.

The music from the restaurant was quite loud and carried all the way to the top floor. However, it was turned off by 10:30.

The WiFi is not good. I was not able to have a zoom meeting because of the bad quality The shower was leaking on the bathroom floor The coffee could be improved a lot
