Staff are friendly and supportive to cater for guest needs

Rooftop closure to guests. I believe, if Rooftoo is promoted well like Bumi Aki and specialise on attracting a certain class of locals and local dishes (without loud kareoke), it will be a very attractive destination and will be full throughout the week. Staff should be given English training to help them better meet guest requests. Some things are lost in translation, and what you request is not what you get.

The view toward the mountains was beautiful. The area surrounding the hotel is green and quiet, with minimal noise from traffic and mosques. At the same time, access from the Jakarta-Bogor toll road and Sentul shopping area is quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We did not the double bed that we asked for, even though we requested it with our booking 48 days before our stay. There was no switch in the room for the balcony light. It stayed on all night disrupting my sleep. The staff did offer to come and remove the bulb, but this is not as nice as having a switch for the guest to use when needed. The free coffee at breakfast is low quality, which pushes guests to buy the espresso coffee from the adjacent pool bar.

The room obtained was as requested.

The online registration requirement should be notified before we reach the receptionist, so the queing should not be that long. Outdoor space and kids activities should be added especially during school holidays.

Good security. The body wash and shampoo smell good.

The breakfast rate was very expensive (Rp 250.000 per person). At this room rate, breakfast should have been included. Cannot use swimming pool. A stage was erected at the swimming pool for new year celebration.

The rooftop terrace has 270 degrees view of surroundings. Staff are very nice. Location is very good. Buffet dinner is good value for money, variety 9/10, quality 7/10.

Safety box didn’t work and toilet was leaking. Both were fixed upon our request. They should’ve checked this before guests are coming.

Amazing Breakfast, the staff are supper friendly, there is 10 min walk mall close by.

They have an excellent 11th floor restaurant that closes at 11:30 pm and sometime just closes earlier and you are requested to leave, this area that they can improve on since we are willing stay and order.

The staff were always helpful.

Pump water pressure fluctuates while showering causing the water to periodically change from hot to cold to hot, making it unpleasant. They should consider using variable speed pump to maintain pressure at all water outlets. That might help solving the problem discussed.

location, facilities and service were good. love the 3 batches of breakfast. prevent overcrowded and give flexibility for us to match our agenda. also foods were varied and delicious😋

Bed was lumpy and not comfortable Staff battled with understanding request in English - in all fairness they really tried but it’s tough

It’s in walking distance from Sentul International Convention Center and Ah Poong Food Park. Hotel provides rental bicycles as well.

I don’t know how things are in regular weekends, but breakfast in shift of an hour session is quite a hard work for a fam with 2 toddlers.
