I recently spent two nights at Bloommaze Hotel and had a truly pleasant experience. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, and I was particularly impressed by how polite and helpful the staff were throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient — with nearby restaurants and a laundry facility just a short walk away, it made getting around and handling basic needs incredibly easy. One thing I appreciated the most was the hotel’s strict non-smoking policy. As someone who strongly prefers a smoke-free environment, I found this to be a major plus. It helped keep the air fresh and the rooms odor-free. The room itself was clean and comfortable. The shower had great water flow, which made for a refreshing experience. A special mention to the staff at checkout who, upon my request, helped me fill up my water bottle before I left for a long day of travel. That simple act of kindness really stood out to me. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Bloommaze Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-located place. I would absolutely stay here again!

The only minor issues I noticed were the very slow elevator and the lack of a hair dryer in my room. However, when I requested one, the staff kindly lent me a hotel hair dryer without asking for any deposit — a thoughtful gesture that I really appreciated.

The stay was good overall. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The room is soundproof , and promotes easy sleeping. Only to improve (room 308): - The cleanliness (dust collection on the rooms' phone). - The shower head holder was loose /fragile and not supporting the shower head. - Shower drainage was slow. - Suggestion: maybe the hotel shall consider putting 1or 2 white light (for customers paperwork task/online meeting purposes), instead of overall yellow. Keep up the good service. Hopefully to see much improvement in the future.

The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Impress with the over all condition. -Family and I like the family suite very much and it matched the rating of a 3 to 4 star accommodation.

The colour of the red and green rooms... I wouldn’t like it if I were to stay indoors long. The curtains in my room was not fix properly. I manage to make a temporary fix. -Probably the colour of the suite or queen rooms could be pastel colour or even grey might work. -The housekeeping walkie talkie was annoying in the early morning.

This hotel maintenance very well even belong to 8 years old hotel. Clean and look new. Hotel stuff super friendly and helpful. Nearby easy to find parking, shopping and food. Highly recommend hotel.

For a budget hotel, it is superbly clean and tidy, I had a very good night sleep here. The facilities here are adequate for such price and many eateries around the hotel. Shower room is nicely scrubbed and odorless.

Nothing! Don't expect too much luxury from a budget hotel.

It has a uniquely designed touch that makes it visually pleasant.

The upkeep on the cleanliness could be improved and look into the maintenance along the floor-line of wallpaper to continue to keep the visual impression, and hidden corners start to be gathering dusts.

The bed was very comfortable. There were many amenities. The place was clean and nicely kept. The location was convenient. The staff were efficient and helpful.

The cleanliness just needs a little brushing up It was mostly very clean except for the carpet but when we told the staff, they looked into it.

Staff were very friendly and was prompt in responding to my needs. Location was very good with lots of eateries and convenient shops The room was clean and the bed was confortable with basic amenities provided.

Comfy bed with 2 pillows and a clean toilet. Most importantly the hotel is surrounded by food and there's also Mr. DIY and 99 Speedmart etc within walking distance.

Broken chair and the table is unstable which is not safe for children. Loud singing from the pub nearby after 9pm til midnight. Hence, not suitable for early/light sleepers.

The staff is friendly and the facilities are on point. Good location as they are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby (but you need to walk a bit if you wish to find a convenience store) and it’s walkable from lrt station (around 10 mins).
