The room is spacious. The bathroom is also big and well ventilated. The breakfast is excellent (you can order warm meals that are made in front of you - we had eggs with bacon and buttermilk pancakes). The sauna is also great (one 60° and one 90°C!). The evening meals at the Gallo Pardo were also very delicious and the atmosphere is great. Overall we were very very happy with the stay! We were thinking of booking a more affordable stay at a smaller venue, but the prices here were very reasonable. For only 25 euro more per person we had so much more comfort than at a simple guest house!

The only thing that I didn't like and I realise this is a highly personal preference, were the pillows (the typical 80 by 80 cm German pillows that I never understood the appeal of). I usually take my own pillow on trips but this time we were travelling light.

This was my second stay in Cavallestro this year. This is a great place to stay on a car trip across Germany/Europe. Apart from a comfy and quiet hoteI, I especially enjoyed the forest around for a walk with my dog and the burger restaurant in the compound. This is becoming our favourite stay-over place on our road trips between NL and AT.

Everything was fine. The only minor disturbance are the mosquitoes around the restaurant :-)

We loved the breakfast! My wife loves horses, so the nearby stables were perfect. We thought the beds were really comfortable.

Despite the warm weather, the air conditioner did not turn on during our first several days. We checked in late and it took us a while to realize we needed to leave the room key in the "slot". The doors on the stairs were *really* heavy.

Nothing much apart from the supply of drinking water . Only 1 small glass bottle of water is given and there are no supermarkets in the vicinity. For the price that the hotel charges, adequate daily supply of water should be given.

The place is easy to find close to the highway so was perfect for us during our stay. The location is new and nice, with horses around! The apartment was very comfortable and very spacious. Our pets were welcome too and were very calm there. Breakfast was very good!

Quite, great to retreat as is in nature. Still only 5 minutes from the downtown by car. Staff friendly and helpful.

The bed I found uncomfortable. Two separate mattress in double bed, each of them higher in the middle so rolling off was little bit of an issue.

Quiet location with two eateries, one restaurant on site and one pub 1-2 min walk away. Location just 10 min drive from downtown Kitzingen. Large room in the “Deluxe” section of hotel. Dinner at Gallo Pardo excellent. Staff was great both at reception desk and in restaurant.

This hidden gem is a must stay if you’re in the Kitzingen area overnight! The place is spotless, the rooms huge and the service impeccable. Returned to Kitzingen for my first visit in 50 years, I was thoroughly impressed with Cavallestro and have it bookmarked for all future visits.

Pillows were a little awkward in size.

The hotel was fancy, the rooms were modern super clean, the staff were super nice and very helpful. I was on a bussiness trip and the location was super close to the center and the my meeting location

There was nothing to dislike, in general the hotel was as described and even was better in real life than in the phots maybe one thing I would them to do to put more kind of foods for breakfast but thats just me :)

modern design, very clean and nice. excellent options for breakfast, staff is professional and open for any kind of questions. woodland in restaurant is also great option for dinner in the evening.

coldness in the rooms. maybe some carpet on the floor to increase cosiness. pillows very big (I personally prefer smaller ones)
