We love our stay as it was comfortable, relaxing and quiet. Breakfast options were very good. The room design and style gave us privacy, lots of space and the perfect sea view. The staff were friendly, well trained and helpful. The resort was a great support of the environment. We have already made another booking to celebrate hubby’s birthday!

Room is very clean with nice amenity kit. location is the best and very private. Good for a nice retreat. Staff at the restaurant are very nice and helpful.

Reception staff is not very friendly (but I’m very much happy with all other staffs). Beach is not very clean and full of rubbish; beer can & plastic bottles are all over the beach.

we stayed for 2 weekd and we really loved it. the little beach pool houses are truly relaxing. The staff, honoustly all of them, are super friendly and professional. Big thanks to all of them including Joby, Lek and Milk.

The location and view is the absolutly top and this confirm the price. Another excellent experience is the breakfast, not a buffet, served a la carte, number 1!!!

The things i didn't like was that i booked the room at 1 o'clock, but we arrived 2 o'clock but the room wasn't ready!! The room was very small , but a comfortable terrasse. One thing was the worst , we had the room close to the kloakk pump, and the smell all night and all day was discusting! Totally in my point of view to expensive and overpriced. Adding to the prices 10% service charge and 7 % VAT, why not including this in the price?

My new favorite hotel , so relaxed and calm with stylish touches everywhere . Excellent food , friendly staff and a very relaxed vibe. Highly recommended

Could not find fault anywhere, even if I got off my sim lounger and went looking for it

The room was so nice with all eco-friendly facilities. We love the comfy bed and the very big terrace that directly connect to the pool in front of our room. The food was so healthy and yummy, especially croissants. They also provides variety of juices, milk and yogurt. And you can also use hotel's bike to explore Pranburi more closely and freely. Very recommend for anyone who would like to recharge. Here is the best one!

Private beachfront and stand alone villa, especially, during the pandemic made it ideal for family staycation. Overall quality of breakfast was good

Communication between reception, kitchen could have been better. Multiple mix-up during the stay. The hotel should review their policy of extra charging of 150 baht /head for inclusive breakfast deliver to your villa when the property is not even connected ( there are several other properties in between) Revise your ad in booking.com ( stated as having statallite channels when there's not a single TV in the room. Towels are worn out , definitely not a 5 star standard

All the staff we met were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast and coffee at the restaurant were consistently good during our 3-night stay. Pool in our villa was in a great size. Son loved it!

Bicycles were available in the villa but the tyres were flat.

Everything was good as expected. Good breakfast. Beautiful room. The hotel staff were welcoming and the service was great.

We stayed at the Hidden Gem pool villa. There was no proper car park and we had to park in front of the villa and it did not seem very safe. Also, there were quite a lot of small ants all over the dining area during breakfast so maybe have to work on cleanliness a bit more.

Penthouse is great with superb view. Staffs are extremely helpful and excellent. Nice BF. Love the vibe and will definitely return to stay.

No TV in bedroom. Parking is quite far and golf cart is insufficient.
