Very nice hotel, neat, comfortable, and with all the facilities for a perfect family weekend. The beach access is really pleasant, and the pools are great. The breakfast is generous, and the various restaurants are very good. Let's not forget the staff, who are still friendly.

The check-in and check-out process was still excessively long. We arrived at the exact time check-in was supposed to start, and our room was not ready at all. We had to wait for 2 hours with a young child, which is quite unacceptable. At the bar, while waiting, the tables and cushions were covered in pigeon droppings, but they still seated us anyway. No one comes to tell you that the room is ready; you have to ask every 10 minutes or so. At breakfast, when you arrive, they make you wait, and for some obscure reason, everyone who arrives after you is seated before you. At the pool slide, many teenagers are using dangerous accessories and injuring the little ones. You have to complain before someone intervenes for safety, which is also not great.

It was excellent all around. Although our rooms were near the kids pool so that got noisy other than that it was great. The staff was excellent and made our stay very comfortable. We would like to thank the entire staff at Marriott Hua Hin. Especially would like to mention the Concierge team who were always smiling and helpful. Ms. Toey, Joe, Leorn and Ma. Ms. Toey was really helpful and always smiling and helped arrange a restaurant booking for our family on Christmas eve which was not easy as everything was prebooked. Thank you very much Ms. Toey.

Just the kids pool area should be away from the rooms on both sides of the property. Maybe if the kids pool can be centered it in the middle it would make the rooms quieter.

This was our third time at Marriott. We absolutely love staying there. The room is large, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is excellent and staying at the pool was pleasant, though a bit busy.

Sadly, the bathroom in the room doesn't provide you with much privacy, especially sound-wise. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom by sliding partitions that do not provide any isolation. It is bothersome especially if you need to use the bathroom at night. You can't even turn on the light in the bathroom without waking up your spouse/ partner/ child as it penetrates beyond the partitions.

The facilities at the hotel are excellent. The breakfast is exceptional with a large range to choose from, the fresh fruits were especially good. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the location directly onto the beach was superb. We ventured in to Hua HIn a few times and there are some excellent restaurants to try. We had a pool access room, which added to the overall experiences. Finally, this trip was to celebrate my wife's 50th and son's 18th birthdays, and the hotel very kindly arranged for birthdays cakes for them and placed a message on the bed on arrival, very nice touch!!

The Spa prices are quite expensive compared to the local massage places which are close to the hotel. Not expecting them to be the same as the surroundings etc are superior at the hotel, however the difference in price is too big to justify paying the price.

The staff’s attention to detail and friendliness was impeccable . The resort was so spacious that even though it was busy it didn’t feel overcrowded. Also great position to shops beach and markets. The breakfast was also a great experience

The poolside drinks and cocktails were somewhat overpriced and serving sizes lacked generosity. The room size for 2 adults and one 13 year old could have been bigger with initially 2 double beds provided and a layaway placed in the middle. So a married couple expected to sleep separately until I asked for the layaway to be removed and was left with 2 double beds. So slightly cramped for couples but comfortable for the teenager.

Everything great. Loved the pools and spent a lot of time there. Plenty of loungers and no diffculty in securing one. There is an adults only pool, very peaceful to lie there and read. Free iceblocks at children's pool side, real treat. Our grandchildren loved the lazy river and the slides. Breakfast the best we have ever had. Something for everyone and different tastes. Went to Happy hour most nights. Kids club which the 2 children aged 6 and 4 went to on some days. The soccer was enjoyed. Room on floor 5 which we upgraded to and had a lovely view out to the sea. Next door to hotel a great massage place which unfortunately I only discovered at end of holiday. But there are many massage places close by. easy to get transport to places.

the restaurant on site was a bit disappointing with wrong order and a very long wait for our meal order to be taken. we complained did get compensation at the time for this which is good as we were there for a special birthday-a 40th. Seemed to be bit overwhelmed with number in group,12 of us.

I have stayed at this hotel 6 times already and with no doubts I can say that this is one of the best resorts in Thailand and probably in the whole SE Asia. There is nothing similar available in Australia where I am from. Like all Marriott hotels it's not cheap but this particular one tops my list of all Marriott hotel I've ever been to. Facilities are great, staff are amazing, rooms are comfortable and they have the best breakfast selection I've ever seen in my life. I am bit tired of Hua Hin but I still keep coming there only because if this hotel. Hats off to a management team!

The spacious grounds, swimming pools and closeness to the beach. Brilliant that they have divided the pool areas into family, children and adult pools. So even with the hotel filled with families with children you can still relax at the adult pool. All staff were fantastic!

We liked everything about the property, but people bothered by playing and screaming children might get disturbed even though it has nothing to do with the property itself.

Cost, relaxing , very friendly staff

Breakfast expensive and long queue F&B expensive as alternatives are stone throw away Ponies blocking the entrance and exit to the Beach, they looked sad and there should not be touting like this to the guests of Marriott Hua Hin

The hotel complex is fantastic. Catering food and service is flawless. Front of house staff, cleaning staff basically everyone is dedicated to making your stay special and memorable. It is one of the best hotels in the world we have visited. There are so many members of staff that we could mention, but that would be unfair due to the consistent customer/staff experience.

Honestly - nothing as Marriott attention to detail is genuinely flawless.
