Excellent value, great location with 2 minute walk to delightful beach and only minutes away from the market village shopping mall. Lovely helpful staff, daily housekeeping to high standards. Breakfast buffet is very good, much better than some more expensive hotels I’ve previously stayed at. Swimming pool good size.

Small observation, some sun loungers at the swimming pool would be nice.

Very nice clean hotel situated in a quiet part of Hua Hin, 5 minutes walk from the beach. Very nice and big New room (we booked the junior suite with sea view and 2 sleeping rooms). Very helpful and friendly staff and cleaning woman. The breakfast was in the last 3 mornings Buffet and very good.

In the first 5 days the breakfast was not that good and rich as explained in other reviews, as it was only a choice of cooked things, prepaired immediately. Buffet was only toast and Marmelade and corn flakes. The price for Thailand too high for this breakfast standard. We had to pay an extra tax of 300 baht per night for our 11 years old boy for an additional Bankett and pillow. This should have been advised when we informed that we have a son at the booking, not as a surprise when we arrived.

Location is excellent, beach is a minute away, short walk to Market Village, Tops and 7 eleven and lots of places to eat nearby. Staff are so lovely and friendly, always have a smile and a hello, really enjoyed our stay.

Great staff and a good location, just off the beaten track although access to the beach, always an issue in Hua Hin appears to be through a sandy car park and a private restaurant/facility. The hotel pool is at the end of the block around 75m walk and pretty much at road level although it’s a relatively quiet road .

Specifically the two pillows provided wire rather huge and were only usefully for sitting up in bed and reading, otherwise it was like trying to sleep with one’s head at 45° angles and that’s just using the one. It’s subjective yes but I’m 1.89m / 6’2” tall and if they’re too big for me… Also, the installation of a kettle and tea cups without any tea of coffee seems to pander to the Asian / Chinese clientele (of whom I saw none) rather than westerners (of whom I saw plenty!), so perhaps a few sachets of coffee and or tea etc might not be a bad idea?

Loved my time at the Hotel. Very Comfortable Bed and a 10 from me.Room size was ok and a decent sized Bathroom and shower with a good pressure. Staff very helpful and friendly. Very good Buffet Breakfast with a good choice. Nice sized Pool and water very clean and clear. Close to Market Village Mall and a big choice of shops and Street food Court at Basement level. Very Clean Kettle for Tea and coffee. Room Lighting was a 10 from me Small fridge and small safe but ok.plenty of draws around the room. Hotel was very clean and quiet at night. WiFi was good and no issues. Would stay here again!

TV was the old big back TV and not a good picture.only English sport channels and no news channels! My Balcony wasn't private as people walking past day and night in adjacent building,kept the curtains closed. No sun loungers at the pool only tables and chairs!

A three minute walk to an excellent beach restaurant. Outstanding location for walkers. Roughly halfway between Kao Takiab and the Huan Hin fishing pier. No need for taxis or buses or Grab. Food, pharmacies, and ATMs all nearby, and plenty of eating establishments both large and small. Incredibly inexpensive for the location. The rooms are large, clean, and wonderfully well taken care of. That had a much nicer breakfast than a comparable hotel in Bangkok. Great staff that let me check in several hours early, and then let me check out a couple of hours late. I would not expect them to be able to do that during high season.

The view out my window and the lack of some amenities in this older hotel may frustrate some but it felt any negatives were vastly outweighed by the positives.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast buffet, many good restaurants a short walk away, quiet room with good air conditioning, very nice balcony with sea view. I stayed in 1606 on 6th floor and had a partial view of ocean and city.

Do not drive to the hotel as there is not parking. I had a compact rental car and I had to keep moving it at request of hotel because it was in danger of being hit on the very narrow, one way street in front of the hotel. Minor thing...I got up to the 6th floor and found no Wifi password ...reception hands out the little slips of paper to the guests at check in and staff forgot to give me the password......Why not just post log in information in the room?

Location perfect, 100m to the beach, no road to cross etc. Beach has restaurant/cafe, sunbeds, chairs etc Hotel is located on quiet side road so no beeeping taxis or boom boom music from TukTuks. Other way up the road to main road and 100m or so to pedestrian bridge over main road to major shopping centre "Market Village". Is also a bus stop & dropoff point. Very good food court on basement level. Watch out to pre-buy card before ordering, unused excess can be redeemed or carried forward. Can sit downstairs on hotel outside terrace and get good price beers from hotel bar (not riduculous hotel prices) Breakfast available if wanted. Has a lift (elevator) so no stairs to climb. Kettle and decent size mugs for morning coffee-mix coffees Plenty of hot water. Nice towels. Daily room cleaning sheet/towel changes. "Dressing table" bench (good big mirror) and chair for desk usage (computer work). Good Wi-Fi Plenty of electric points and lights. There are balconies, but all lower floors are wall-to-wall with next door. Can sit there though and dry washing out on rack provided

No sink plug or hot water in bathroom sink. I know to travel with my own multi-fit plug and hot water in the kettle can be carried in, but how else do they think we westerners are going to shave in the mornings. Cheapest and thinnest possible tissues and toilet paper provided.

They keep the whole place really clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking slots available as well for all guests. Close to the beach, only 3mins walk. There's a Market Village nearby, probably 5mins walk, where you can go to have some food in the food court or go shopping.

Breakfast during our stay was most likely the same for 6 mornings. Oops. Swimming pool is on the side of the road that leads to the hotel and it looks like a public swimming pool. No cover and for us, we didn't even try it once.

Location was fine. The room was very quiet in the evening and overnight. There was work going on in the day, but it wasn't too intrusive and most of the time we were out anyway. The reception and cleaning staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. Thank you for the excellent customer service and help provided to us.

An adjacent room had a rather noisy air conditioner - probably getting a bit old and worn out - it wasn't too intrusive but I guess you would like to know just in case it affects others. Maybe it's time to replace it or have it checked ?
