The room was spacious and immaculately clean. The cleaning service every day was prompt and professional. The room was quiet and i did not hear any neighbours or traffic noise during my week long stay. Complimentary coffee and water was provided every day. I appreciated the hospitality of all the staff in this family run business. Short walk to beach, Market Village shopping centre, restaurants and nightlife.

It would have been nice to have a cooking hot plate in the kitchen so I could have the option to cook some eggs in the morning.

The location is 5-10 min from Market Village mall, 7eleven and the beach; No loud noise, we slept well; Very friendly and helpful staff, they were always at their place; New, clean and spacious rooms; Everyday cleaning with regular changing towels, bed linen, adding water and coffee; Kitchen with sink, fridge and dishes; We used the hotel umbrellas to protect ourselves from rain or sun; Cozy and big bed; There were enough chairs and three small tables in our room, which you can use for different purposes: drink beer, have breakfast or work; No smell in the bathroom

It would be great to add a hard soup for hands to the bathroom

The spacious room with separate kitchen and balcony, very good housekeeping and reception staff, brilliant location in a quiet area ( one can hear insects at night and look at stars ), 10 min walk to lots of food options in shopping centre, massage places all over!

Excellent location,. The hotel is very close to the main street, but in a quite area. 5 minutes walk to the famous Village Market Mall, where you can find the best exchange rate in Hua Hin. The Night market and beach is not far from the hotel. Spacious and clean room, Big and comfortable bed with good view from the balcony, friendly staff, they help you every way they can. Excellent customer services.

Spacious clean room, good shower, large comfortable bed, even a kitchen area with equipment if you need, helpful staff, just round the corner from market village and blu port where the minivans go from, good price.

A little way from the centre of hua hin but grab bikes are quick and affordable. Also I knew the location before booking of course.

friendly owner, we had a laugh with them as soon as we got here. the room was amazingly big for the price. massive king size bed. kitchen was good but we didn’t need it. shower was perfect but smelt a bit eggy. we put our do not disturb sign on the door but they still left us water and toilet roll which was so kind. the room itself is so quiet so that I didn’t have to put earplugs in for the first time this trip. we stayed at a place down the road from here which was double the price, and yet this hotel is so much better and perfect location right next to the market and opposite from the beach.

there was a lot of empty space in the room which is a shame but no fault of the hotel.

There is nothing to dislike.

Spacious rooms. Big comfortable bed. Tables and chairs and wardrobe. Bathroom perfect and kitchen area had good size with a decent fridge. Location is near soi 94 with all the bars and restaurants and about 15-20 min walk to the beach. Located between soi 90 and 92 with very little traffic. Good thing is that one can not hear noisy bars or the train. The staff is fantastic. The owner, receptionists and cleaning girls are really wonderful. Friendly and helpful.

A small but noisy chickenfarm (with roosters) across the street can be annoying… People slamming (not closing) the roomdoors.

Pretty much everything. The staff where friendly, very helpful and kind. They gave us fresh fruit from their own garden as gifts over the xmas period . Rooms where very spacious, bed huge and quite firm which i like. Linen clean. Housekeeping daily or as often as you want. Kitchen area has full size fridge freezer, workspace and sink.plates, bowls, cutlery.,kettle. The small balcony is nice to sit out on and have a beer before venturing out, or reading a book. Upstairs on the roof terrace there are loungers, tables and chairs if you feel the need to spread out a bit more. Also a treadmill and exercise bike. The hotel is located in a small street off the main road , very quiet, literally no noise & perfectly situated halfway between the north & south parts of the town. Go to the top of the street, turn left past market village shopping mall and over the footbridge to the beach. Took us 6 minutes walk. Sunloungers for hire between 100-200 bhts for the day. Surrounding the hotel within 3 minute walk are numerous eating places, bars, shopping etc.Soi 94 , is the next street along from hotel with every kind of food available. From thai, vietnamese, mediteranean, middle eastern, spanish, french, swedish, norweigan, british, vegan, . There is so much choice i defy anyone not to be able to find something they like. If like us you are travelling for a few months and are in need of a british food fix, there is a huge tesco ( called lotus) in thailand, on the ground floor of the market village shopping centre just 3 minute walk from hotel or keep walking past ,continue straight on for a fiurther 10 minutes where you come to Tops market store which stocks both waitrose and Marks & spencers items. They have an excellent wine cellar too. Outside the market village you can catch the green open backed trucks which goes up and down the main road for 30 bht each way. North takes you to a huge nightmarket, south to cicada night market.

Not so much didn't like but due to spending alot of time resting in my room from illness would have loved a couple of english speaking film channels, as only had news channels which in the current climate was pretty depressing.

Clean, comfortable room on top floor. Nice view of the sea and sky. Very friendly receptionist directed me to good spots in Hua Hin for potential home. Very close to food court of Int'l shopping mall. 10m walk to beach.
