The location was good, and close to the beach, Village Market and BluePort Malls and a number of restaurants. The staff at reception was very courteous and helpful, and the house keeping did a very good job in keeping the property and room very clean.

The restaurant was closed, and we learnt opens only for a few peak months. We had booked a hotel as that would give us access to restaurants, especially for breakfast or when it would rain etc. Even our booking mentioned that breakfast was available for THB 200, so it was a bit of a disappointment when we learnt it was closed. The room had a kettle only. It would be great if tea bags, whitner and sugar etc could be provided.

Location is perfect if you like shopping, restaurants, nightlife, pretty much everything really. Blu Port and market village shopping centres close by. Loads of restaurants and bars even closer. Beach is close by, a few hundred meters, but you do need to cross a busy road to get there, advice to go a little further up the road where there is a proper crossing point, instead of running with your flip flops on. Nice quirky lobby and restaurant with a decent breakfast and what appears to be an antique store / showroom.

Nothing to be “disliked “, but bear in mind it’s a budget hotel, so rooms quite basic. But you have all you need for a few days, air con, water, balcony etc. Beds are very firm, and I mean REALLY firm. But that didn’t seem to stop us having decent nights sleep while we were there.

Wonderful staff, and a great location for lots of local food. Close to both Market Village and Blueport on foot Rooms very comfortable and of good quality Pool on ground floor and a really nice lounge area

The hotel was clean and had an elevator to the upper floors. The bedroom. Was large and clean with a small balcony. The shower was very good. Fridge, kettle etc OK. Swimming pool was nice but in the shade after 2pm. Breakfast was fine.

People who put the towels on the only sunbeds to reserve them and then clear off for hours!!!! gggrrrr

Cleanliness, good breakfast, nice pool and great staff. Easy walking location to everything.

The train, however, the hotel gave us a different room the following day. . One of the Red light districts is directly across the street which may be a problem for some.

We came too early for the check in. The lady of the reception offered to let us wait at the swimming pool and provided us with towels.. Later she came to inform us that the room was ready for us.

This is a very clean lovely hotel very friendly staff . Bars and restaurants near by and a 7 Eleven Store open 24hrs short walk to Village Big shopping mall . Placed ideally for everything in Hua Hin 100% return again and stay Smile Hotel

Very friendly and pleasant staff. Breakfast modestly good.Everything would have been perfect if the towels hadn't been broken.

The pool water was refreshingly cool considering that the air temperature in Thailand is 30 and above. I don't understand why the beds are so hard in Thailand.

Very good value-for-money, no-frills tourist hotel - in an excellent location. Easy stroll to the beach, shopping malls, entertainment, and cafes & restaurants. Large room with balcony, and safety deposit box.

Very clean, excellent location . Fresh towels everyday and a nice little pool .

Mattress maybe a bit too hard for me but after a few changs it didn’t matter .
