Staff were really helpful. They supplied some items that I needed in the apartment within one hour of my request. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the shower was great. The bed was comfortable. The air con worked instantly. The position is perfect. Four minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes from Market Village. Seven Eleven underneath the apartments and restaurants and coffee shops within 5 minute walk. I stayed for a month and my electric bill was about £12. Pool was clean and in good repair but only gets sunshine in the morning which was fine by me as I only used it for swimming laps and it was empty. Great!. With the beach 4 mins walk away, you will not lack sunshine. Wi-fi worked fine.

I would have liked a supportive armchair as the sofabed was really uncomfortable to sit on. I would have liked the option to watch TV in English or Netflix or similar, even if there was a charge. There was a little traffic noise (my room was at the side of the building not the front which is on a busy main road.) It didn't bother me at all and is quiet after 11pm. I think you could find the equivalent accommodation a little cheaper in the area. But I had a great month in Hua Hin and, on balance, I was happy and would recommend it.

The receptionist was incredibly helpful. We left a mobile phone behind and he came to the bus station by scooter to return it. Lovely man.

Not the property's fault but guests on nearby balconies would watch videos or TV with loud sound so it wasn't pleasant to sit on our balcony. Location was ideal close to restaurants, Market Village and beach.

The location is very good, central Hua Hin, closed to the main road, 7-11 and markets. The room is very big

Chose Rocco because of its location. 10 minute walk to the beach and close to Market Village.

In the condo we had there was a lack of power points in the kitchen area. Had to use an extension lead (which was provided) to use the kettle or toaster. Also one of the chairs on the balcony has seen better days.

Centrally located - close to a mall, restaurants, the beach. Suite is comfortable, great housekeeping. Pool was cool, refreshing. Arrived at 4am, security guard there to show us to our room.

The pool gets very little sun - only a small corner, no sunbeds there; also loud construction next to the pool. Suite can be a bit loud if facing the main road - traffic.

This reservation was for my parent's in law. According to them, everything went well. It was quiet (no street noise) although they could sometimes hear their neighbours. It is a few minutes walk from the beach and from Market Village and other cafes/restaurants. The wi-fi was fine.

The pool is in the shade the whole day, so the water is too cold. But we knew about this before booking.

Hotel in central position close to Bangkok hospital and short walk to the beach.

My room was next to the main road there was noise from traffic but after a couple of nights I adjusted to the noise level. I would stay here again

Location is ideal and a short walk from the beach and central to most things in Hua Hin. The staff here are exceptional! They are friendly, helpful and even remembered us from our stay a year ago.

Super service and very helpful stuff. Love every bits of it and my children had enjoyed the pool although it was very cold!

Not clean as European standard but pretty clean and comfortable to stay with my children.

I left a device charger there on one visit and they called me to let me know and arrange a pickup During another stay I had to leave before the office opened and they transferred my key deposit to my bank. Very excellent service.
