The room was tidy, bed comfortable, refrigerator, kettle for tea or coffee and two bottles of water everyday. Location is ideal a few minutes walk to BluPort and the overpass. The beach is only a few minutes walk. Market Village is a 14 minute walk. There is also a good selection of restaurants along the street. It is on the Green Bus line so is easy to get to the the Night Market, Tamarind and Cicada Markets. Every staff member was kind and helpful. I booked in for a week then extended for two months. I arrived in the early hours of Saturday morning by bus. The hotel was in an ideal location to the bus station. Some 100m. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk and was very welcoming. I previously notified of expected arrival time. Due to my arrival time, I requested a late departure if required. It was not a problem. Very happy first night stay in Hua Hin

The bathroom was a little small. But, hotel price reflected this. But, only a minor issue.

There was not a request that was too much for the lovely ladies of Nycha Suites.As a long timer my laundry done gratis!It was just a wonderful stay in a most convenient location.I could not be more pleased.For first timers to Thailand HuaHin is a most easy introduction to the marvelous tranquility of the Thai people.No one does service better than Thailand where there is something for everyone.And it's center was my stay at this lovely gem of a hotel:Nycha Suites!

This is petty and my only quibble:The shower pressure could better but it was plenty hot!

Very nice spacious room a short walk to the beach. Pizza place next door and the bus terminal less than a five minute walk away. WiFi, air conditioner, water heater are excellent condition. No issues at all. The bed was large and comfortable.

Could use a table in the room to eat. Other than that no issues at all and would not minded to stay longer but we rented a condo with a kitchen so we can cook.

Lovely, spacious room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close by very good restaurants, and transportation to and from Bangkok.

It does take a little while to walk to the beach.

Very nice room(after spending one night in a room without a window I was given a room with a beautiful view). So it’s a good idea to write to the hotel prior to book the one you want. Very kind stuff.

Had a suite and it was huge! Plenty of room and a small balcony with a sea view. Only 10 minutes walk from the Market Village and less than 2 minutes walk to the beach. Staff were really helpful and gave us fruit and let us print our e-visas which was super handy. Room was always cleaned on request and shower had hot water. Bed was one of the most comfy I've had so far on my trip .

No elevator, which wasn't a problem for us but worth being aware of. Could be noisy at night as it's on the main road so you do get traffic noise. Didn't stop me sleeping though!

The owner and staff were super friendly and helpful. The owner called a motorbike rental for us to drop off and pick up from the hotel. Fantastic service. Rooms were big, clean and lovely decor and nice lighting for nightime. Bathroom just simple but functional. Convenient location, close to bluport shopping. There's a fantastic massage place just 2 doors down and a pizza place and little Thai restaurant next door. Beach is across the road. Very handy location and quiet. Definitely would return.

The stairs was probably the downside to the property. Tv does not have satellite cable so its just news and informercials.

The hotel location was great. It is an old style Thai guest house and has just the authentic feel I wanted. Just a 5 mins walk over the road and down a little track to the Morning Cafe on the beach. The beach is lovely, safe swimming and lots of things to buy from the people who sell stuff on the beach. They are so cheerful and attentive and let you try things on and look. You dont feel pressured or hassled. I bought beautiful sarongs, shirts, fruit etc. and got really fond of the people I saw working so hard every day. The massage ladies worked very hard and were especially nice and caring towards the older folk.

Nothing - it was all really good and the staff at the hotel were lovely. Very welcoming, very helpful even though English was limited we managed to communicate well. Just be warned though if you have bad legs there isnt a lift. There are 3 floors and I was on the top, but apart from carrying up cases (which they helped with) I think the stairs were good for me!

The hotel was very nice and clean. You don't find easily similar hotels to be clean, so it was very appreciated.The staff was very friendly.

The only problem was that my room didn't have a window.
