I like the location with access to the beach yet also an interesting area of the town, although as Hua Hin is a coastal strip development so you cannot avoid using taxies (we used Bolt app) but they are reasonably priced. Room was a quiet and of good size and in good enough condition if showing some signs of wear and tear. The restaurant offered good food at a reasonable price and with friendly helpful service in the evening. We had not opted for Breakfast at the hotel, but we found a very nice private coffee shop a short walk away that served nice breakfast at about half the price of hotel.

Not very much, hotel is a little tired, we did opt for the hotel on our last day and whilst ok, I agree with the reviews that it is expensive for what it offers. Certainly not as good as the offer from the restaurant in the evening.

We spent and enjoyed three wonderful weeks in March at the Sailom Hotel, which has an excellent location right on the beach. The hotel grounds feature two swimming pools and a beautifully decorated outdoor area, which we really liked. The dining area offers a direct view of the sea. The room was spacious, with large beds. The staff were very kind, helpful, and friendly. The Bluport shopping mall is located nearby. We highly recommend it—people of all ages will find something to enjoy here.

The breakfast selection could be more varied.

Located on the beach, opposite the Blu Port Shopping Center, well maintained garden, friendly atmosphere, quiet location, large rooms, 2 swimming pools wit sunbeds and mattrasses and umbrellas. Pvt taxi to city centre ad 150 Bath, songthaew ad 15 Bath p.p.. Blu Port houses extensive super market, food court and about 10 chain restaurants (MK, Fuji, KFC...). When the hotel occupancy is normal, the breakfast is O.K. with fried eggs, bacon, ham, chicken sausages, scrambled eggs, rice or noodles, soup, salad bar, bread and rolls, 2 fresh fruits. The hotel has a reputed restaurant where "the former King ate several ties". On friday and saturday evening their restaurant is "a place to be". 65 Rooms and 95 staff (most of them "have many years under their belts"). Quiet and hospitable atmosphere.

The quality of the breakfast depends on the hotels' occupation. The hotel staff is not sufficiently multilingual. We were there during low tide and then.... there is NO beach, there are no sun beds nor umbrellas on the beach. Luckily there are 2 pools.

We have stayed here before. We love the location, right on the beach. The hotel was very quiet after the public holiday and some days did not have the buffet breakfast. This is a very traditional Thai hotel and another reason we like it. It is easy to get around, even if you do not have your own transport as the green songtiew public transport pass by the hotel.

During the low season, the restaurant may close early.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. We love this traditional family owned hotel. It was built around 1980 and must have been quite a modern design for the time. The hotel has been well maintained, and rooms refitted. It is a quiet hotel with very good and attentive staff, with many that have worked there for many years. This is usually a good indication of how well a hotel is run. The hotel is right on the beach, and the very good restaurant spreads into the garden overlooking the beach. Great for an early morning walk on the beach (tide permitting) before breakfast. The hotel is a short taxi ride into the town centre but has a shopping mall across the road and restaurants nearby. We are a middle-aged couple (foreign/Thai) and this hotel suits us perfectly. Will be looking to stay here again when we return to Hua Hin.

The room was very spacious and the bed was huge! The staff were so friendly and helpful. It is right at the beach and very close to the Bluport mall. Good value for the price.

The hotel looks a bit better on the photos than in real life, but it's a simple, clean, and friendly place to stay! The breakfast is mainly Thai, which could be strange for some foreigners. But it's very tasty! You need to take a tuk tuk/ bus to get to the main areas.

Great location. On beach as is the restaurant. Staff was great. Best mall across street from entrance. Markets close to walk but a little long - can take per person 15 baht ride at street on entrance. Have choice of room. Make sure you book right type of room to get ocean view and access to floor balcony overseeing beach. Food staff was great.

Great location and spacious open area around lobby and restaurant . Two pools and great scenery

There were very noisy locals who arrived Fri/ Sat and were very noisy at the pool complete with music speaker and drinks - shouting and kids were having fun and shouting . It’s ok if you don’t mind a bit of noise but it was overwhelming when they arrived as the other residents were quiet and relaxing so a real shame that the locals didn’t respect the guests already there

Apparently coffee is never served hot enough. People get a lounge chair early then never give it up all day even if they are gone

The coffee at breakfast , and maybe have the eggs cooked to order by the buffet outside, bring a top up of tea/coffee round like you used to !
