The bed was really comfy, we slept better than we had in ages. We loved the pool, the breakfast, the secret beach cafe was fab. The staff were extremely polite and helpful and the location great, even had feee parking for our hired scooter. There is generally a lovely, peaceful ambience. The grounds are so gorgeous. We loved all the birds, the little geckos, the cat, and even the gorgeous black and gold Cockerels!! It really is a little oasis in Hua Hin.

There was a problem with the air conditioning which was unresolved but caused us problems with dripping water, very cold temp (not 25 degrees as set), and very loud. We had a permanent towel on the floor, which even housekeeping did not remove. Also the bench seating on the balcony was extremely uncomfortable. Would be better to remove the bench and replace with more comfortable seats... even the 'bean bags' as per the cafe beach seating.

Beautiful design and comfy hotel. Sweet staff, yummy breakfast, great location to all the spots in town, beach right across, they have this flamingo cute caffe in the beach as well. The only thing is laundry, they have this system you have to pay for each item not in kilo, they don’t have machines so then it’s dragging it to another place to do it. Be side that, we had an amazing time. Love the jacuzzi in the balcony, they sale this fuzzy bath boom, it really was a treat. The staff was extra kind to my daughter who only liked to eat hot dogs at breakfast lol. I highly recommend this hotel for your family stay in Hua Hin. We loved it.

Only the laundry system, pay for every item separately. Everything else was perfect.

The room was a good size, ensuring we did not feel cramped for our fourteen night stay. We chose the location as it was close to a shopping centre, local restaurants and bars, and just far enough away from the main tourist hub of Hua Hin for this to be convenient and peaceful. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and managed by lovely staff, who were approachable and supportive. One main disappointment was being informed during check-in that the kitchen could (or would) not accommodate our dietary requirements as we are pure vegetarian/vegan. So whilst we had planned to purchase breakfast for the full fourteen day stay, this was not possible. This was the main reason for not providing a higher score on the hotel’s facilities, and a deciding factor for not using the hotel during future trips; short term thinking loses longer term customers. Also, the bath tub on the balcony could do with a privacy screen/curtain.

Nice location, from the hotel room you walk through their bar garden to the beach. Good room size (1st floor). Nice pool, also for kids. Rooms include working fridge and safety box. Nice staff. Hotel has parking ("mall style", several floors) on the road side of the premises, elevator down to lobby.

All pillows on the bed are a bit high, my wife had problems sleeping comfortably because of that. Note that there is no lift to the 1st floor, so suitcases need to be carried up a stairs. (the hotel staff can do that for you). Average breakfast, breakfast staff misunderstood the egg choice (omelet and it was pointed out what had to go in there, but for some reason did not get that omelet, but just fried eggs). Good coffee. Note that the beach here has a "tide", sometimes the water is low and you can not swim without walking a mile into the sea. The night market is a bit too far to walk (2-3 km), but car or other transport can be arranged by hotel lobby staff.

The hotel is relatively new and has a modern design. Top notch rooms equipped with jacuzzi if you opt for the higher floors or a room with pool access for the ground options (It is amazing). The staff are very professional and helpful. It’s situated right in between 2 big malls and the Hua Hin bus station is right across the property.

People with heavy bags please note there are no elevators, but the staff are more than happy to help assisting you with the bags. Wifi can be poor near the pool area

Breakfast not delicious.

Although a 4* hotel the amenities are good and the staff always there to help. Convenient location, easy vibe. Pool a good length to swim laps.

Nothing I didn’t like. No lift to floor 1st & second floors not ideal with cases, but it’s a low rise property and staff were on hand to take bags up. Notepad and a pen would be helpful in the desk. Addition of body lotion would be good, but again for the price I thought it was very good value.

Right on the beach. Nice pool. Large room with spa bath on the balcony. Service throughout was excellent. Food good ad definite value for money. Very clean.

Not many sunbeds but in fairness never had a problem. TV had only one English speaking channel, Al Jazeera. Spring on bathroom door could 'break your arm'!!. Temperature control on shower was variable, too hot or too cold. Smell of cannabis in beach restaurant very strong at all times.

From the moment we entered the reception to the the moment we checked out the staff were exceptional, the swim up room we booked was beautiful, at breakfast there were ample choices. The whole experience wowed both me and my wife. Next time we visit HuaHin we will hope to stay again.

The room was big and comfy. I asked the stuff to do some nice surprise for our anniversary and did just great. I'm very happy staying here. Breakfast was nice. They have many different choices for breakfast. The cafe, which can walk from the hotel, was exceptional the food and drink was very delicious.
