Great location: The hotel is a detached building on an empty plot of land. A narrow alley leads to the beach some hundred meters away. There are beach loungers for rent. Snacks and drinks readily available. In the other direction, towards the main road, there is a shopping mall about 350m away; for those who need. Great staff: Reception might not always be (wo-)manned, but you can always reach the staff who is very helpful and accommodating.

Wear and tear: the place must have been a “piece of jewelry” when newly opened. However, time is taking its toll with worn edges on furniture, stained metal surfaces and ageing plumbing. That is fine when considering the price.

The staff were really helpful as I had hurt my back, they organised a therapist to come to the hotel, got Mr a cheap taxi to the airport and had great chats every morning 🌄 with the girls 👧 😀 I loved the way the concrete floors kept the room so cool ,very boujie. I would definitely stay here again

Absolutely nothing. I can't even think of one thing.

It's style is quaint and endearing, it's very quiet, except for occasional inconsiderate guests, the beds are soft and the beach and bar are so close.

Inadequate street drainage after rains so unless you have a vehicle, you can't avoid wet shoes. Maintenance and attention to detail is required but I still find it charming.

Rooms need a bit of maintenance in few things. Is not infromt of the beach as it says u may need to walk about 3 mins.

On arrival met by super friendly staff. The room had sea view Aircon . Outside you can walk to beach in 2 minutes restaurants every where. I would recommend to anyone staying in hua hin. And of course swimming pool on roof. You can see for miles. See you next year De pastel

Small breakfast.

Very comfortable bed, powerful shower. The staff (khun Aom) was fantastic and very friendly, she helped us a lot. This hotel is located near the beach and shopping center. Perfect place to relax. Breakfast was simple but good enough, highly recommended for budget travelers.

- swimming pool looks older and dirtier than in the photo - There was a gap between the window and the floor ,allowing insects came into our room. It would be better to repair the windows properly.

Nice soft bed, good location only 100 meters from the beach and good view from rooms and the roof top terrace

hotel staff is virtually absent no breakfast in sight odd coloured roof top pool that made the water look ugly

It was a nice place, convenient, clean room and good location could walk to the beach. We would love to back there again for the next opportunity.

I love the location, very close to the beach (and also to the Bluport mall with all its facilities) but on a quiet lane with chickens and cats. The staff (Aommy and Painun) were so helpful and lovely. The hotel is simple, comfortable and good value. Recommended.

The location is fantastic - close to blue port mall and market village. It’s a 1 minute walk from the beach. It’s quiet, peaceful and quaint. The staff are so lovely too!

The pool area could be improved.
