This hotel was so nice and so comfortable. The room looked like it had been freshly painted, and everything was so new and modern in it. The room was really spacious, and the decoration of the room and bathroom was great. The tv in the room worked with lots of channels, and the aircon worked really well. The staff were pleasant too.

It is a bit of a walk to Market Village, etc, but still manageable. The only thing is a kettle in the room would be handy, but they do give an option to borrow a kettle for your room, which I saw a sign for.

The staff were extremely helpful and always approachable. They were happy to answer any questions and the rooms were always cleaned while I was out of my room so it didn’t cause any inconvenience.

I thought everything was great. The only recommendation I may have is to have a few more different types of spreads for the bread in the morning. Maybe a peanut butter or honey or something as well as the strawberry jam.

A good location, very clean and new. Great bathroom and shower! The bed was comfortable and the room is spacious.

It’s difficult to carry a 25kg bag up and down 8 flights of stairs. They should consider getting someone to assist the guests.

Quite clean and simple. 10 min walk to Blue Port for some great food that is really great value imo.

A little further away from the centre but 100 baht for a grab to centre of Hua Hin is OK. Had no lift so a bit of climb with a big suitcase.

The receptionist didn't help at all with any of our requests and questions. She even didn't help us get a number for a taxi and told us to take grab instead.
