This hotel is absolutely fantastic value for money. I would stay here again with no doubt. We had the terrace room with a connected family terrace room for myself and my 3 adult daughters. We absolutely loved it and it felt like a big apartment. Beach just across the road. Great location and it felt like a 5 star small resort. The staff were excellent and I thank you for your wonderful service.

New, clean and modern. Room was large, quiet and comfortable. Staff were always available, helpful and polite. Walking distance to Blueport Mall. A great laundry service nearby called Lada Laundry. A little expensive but the best drop off laundry we've ever had. Highly recommended.

As vegetarians, we found the breakfast to be lacking in choices. Although the omelets, fresh fruit and yogart were delicious, that was about it for our choices every morning for a week. Although twice there was a hot spinach and cheese dish that was delicious.

2 Twin Queen Size Beds, decoration in the bathroom especially the shower area with stone ceramic tile and the pretty quick hot water. This is my 5th staying at this hotel, last year the TV system contained less channels, no Amarin 34, PPTV and ONEE, it's now been fixed with all the digital TV channels except TNN24. The air conditioning seems to be tuned for lower noise which is great! The lighting system is fantastic as there's a master switch in front of the bathroom just after the entrance as well as besides the bed. The hotel uses wine type fridge with low noise so as not disturbing your sleep. Plenty of plugs and USB on bedsides. Also, there's a round table & a chair at the window looking out of the mountain view, thanks for giving us the same room as last year as it's a great view & near the elevator. All the staffs were very nice, the Food & Berverage manager on 4th fl. Miss.ใบไหม was very kind, asking us quite a few times about the food as well as discussing many other issues such as PM 2.5 pollution & raining whether.

TV TNN channel which we watch every day to update on world news & economic. If possible, having an additional small round-type chair so as two of us can sit eating fruits & snacks around the table. The plug on the ground below the TV wall not working, call the service one day & fix it with no issue. The breakfast, other than those Jam & butter, there should be passion-fruit puree or juice to be put on bread.

I stayed at this wonderful hotel with my girlfriend's Thai family. I booked three rooms. The hotel was exactly to our taste. Very modern and very clean. The staff, from the cleaning staff to the receptionists, were all extremely helpful and cheerful. The pool and the service were simply top-notch. In my opinion, one thing that could be improved is having two different pillows on the bed. One soft and one harder, so you have a choice. The two soft pillows don't give me enough support. But that's more of a personal preference.

the tides take up all of the beach sometimes near this hotel. There were days when I could not get to the beach unless I walked a ways toward the mall. Overall beach is not that great in this area of Hua Hin. Sand flies from all the horses pissing on the sand.

This hotel is my favorite hotel in Hua Hin, ideal location, modern, clean, new, and most importantly with incredibly friendly and respectful staff. Breakfast includes a fairly varied and good selection of options, but is more geared towards East Asian tastes. The quality of the bakery products is average, but the variety of Asian and vegetable dishes is quite good. There are three negative points about the hotel. First, there is usually an unpleasant smell in the elevator and the ventilation is not of good quality. Secondly, there is sometimes this bad smell inside the bathroom. And third, the TV in the room does not have the ability to use YouTube, Netflix, or connect to the Internet, which is a very negative option in 2025. Although, given that the TV brand is Samsung, there is the possibility of screen mirroring for Samsung phones with a slight change in the TV settings. And finally, I must express my gratitude to the very lovely, polite, and kind hotel staff.

Location price the reviews rooftop pool . Room excellent well done to the amazing cleaning team 💯 to them as its a tough job they have always pleasant and consistent. The shower is amazing. u won't want to get out lol!! Overall, it is one of the best hotels in hua hin worth every eur.

Rooftop area it is only a dipping pool but a great size for cooling g down . could do wiv some extra sun loungers as can get busy if you don't bag your bed. Tv could do with English speaking channel's not the end of the world, but when u want that one hr to chill in room would be nice. The bed was the most comfortable bed i have slept in the bedsheets, so crisp and soft. Everything else was spot on will definitely be back.

This is a bad hotel to stay if you are a smoker. You are only allowed to smoke in a garden outside the lobby and it's a cauldron. I think most of my mosquito bites have taken place there. They should definitely put up a couple of fans. Also they have a rooftop bar, some way away from the pool area but you cannot smoke there either. I don't think it would bother other guests if they had a small smoking area there.

Very very nice hotel, beautiful and clean. Good facilities, excellent breakfast and nice young staff who do everything to help when needed. I would like to especially mention toon pui yun the one who was very helpful and gave the guests an additional experience and taught us what service from the heart is. This is the second time I have been to this hotel and of course I will come back again

Bed very comfortable Location to Bluport and Beach via 85 Soi is good - walking distance Staff friendly and polite. Good swimming pool Has a gym My favourite Russian Restaurant "Well Done" is nearby.

Common areas need more attention re cleanliness, particularly walkways and around the drinks area in restaurant. Second time here, but would not pay for breakfast if staying here again. It's not 4 star quality. Gym is small and cramped. Has free weights and open 6am.
