Our stay has been confortable. The room was spacious, very clean, bright and with air conditioning. The receptionist is young but always attentive to our needs and took good care of us. Free water and beach towels. The position is ideal for evening nightlife and the beach.

Breakfast was not very good. A microwaved dish, two toasts with basic jam and very bad coffee and orange juice, some fruits. In the evening, from Thursday to Sunday, live music in the bars is so loud that it is impossible to sleep. Fortunately all stop around half past midnight.

Location was good. I like walking so was happy to walk into the centre of Hua Hin - but there are group "taxis" running all the time as well. The hotel was very clean and they have the formula right. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Shower / bathroom was great. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was a "select what dish you'd like the next morning" - I don't like a cooked breakfast so didn't avail myself of this, but the toast and coffee were fine.

My room faced the main road, which wasn't super noisy, but in an ideal world would have preferred a room set back from the street (I did not ask for a change, which I imagine could have been accommodated). There is nowhere to sit really expect in the room or the communal dining room (inside) - I prefer a room with a balcony and did not see any of the rooms had one. This is a personal preference and nothing against the hotel - just pointing out for those who might want one.

I have stayed here before, and the hotel has not changed one bit. It is still one of the best stays in Hua Hin, just a short walking distance from Cicada market and the beach. The beds are big and comfortable, and the wifi is stable and fast. I also enjoyed the clean bathroom, the nice and helpful staff, and the cozy atmosphere of the surrounding area. It is quiet and peaceful, and I was never bothered by any noise.

There is no pool or gym.

Extremely polite and kind owner. Staff worked hard to keep the place clean and tidy. I enjoyed a lot how organised and well put together everything is. Even if you ask just the littlest favor they return a whole lot more - we asked to just throw our trash out but got our whole room cleaned and organised. The rooms look really nice and have everything you need. Big tv, a strong hairdryer, good ac, fridge, a well designed bathroom with a shower and a soft comfy bed with charger spots for both sides of bed. The room's decorations made it seem like you are staying at home. Everything in this hotel is very well put together and everything seems to be thought out all the eay through. This hotel is also close to tamarind and cicada markets while also being close to the beach.

It wasn't easy to dry clothes anywhere, besides that there isn't a thing to like about this hotel.

Such nice, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the quirky uniqueness of the hotel...many thoughtful extras in the room, beach towels, and the teddy bear patio. The location near the two markets, among restaurants, a fairly short walk to the beach and easy access to tuk tuks was ideal. Excellent value and I just can't gush enough about the amazing staff here.

A few of the other guests were a bit self involved...but, can't help that. There are going to be a few jerks every place you travel/stay.

A quirky boutique hotel with lots of amenities, Bonne Nuit is decorated throughout with little stuffed animals, messages everywhere like "Love," "Be Happy," "Enjoy Your Stay." And when we were there, Christmas decorations. Every evening the space in front of the hotel was imaginatively decorated with throw pillows, a tent, teddy bears and sparkly lights -- an eye-catching spectacle which caused passersby to stop and take photos. All the important amenities are in place: from cozy bed to excellent shower to generous toiletries to efficient and quiet AC to tasty and varied breakfasts to excellent housekeeping with fresh towels each day. And good wifi. Although the hotel is a couple of kilometers from the town centre where most of the activity is, including the night market and the busy part of the beach, it's easy to hop on a taxi-truck (and pay 15 baht when you hop off in town). The quieter beach is within easy walking distance and there are very good restaurants across the street, and a rooftop bar next door. Thanks to the team who took such great care of us (and thanks also for the little Christmas gifts). We'll remember our stay here for a long time.

The hotel is nicely decorated and very clean. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff made us feel welcome und understands hospitality. Cicada market and Tamarind food market are very near. Massage and 7-Eleven are next door. Beach is a short walk away. We highly recommend staying in this hotel and would love to come back one day.

I loved how they care about every little detail, the decoration, the theme, the welcoming board that carried my name made me feel special and gave me that cozy vibes!! The location was excellent and near everything I needed. The beautiful setup right infront of the hotel was soooo dreamy.. The staff are friendly with high level of respect and kindness.. And thank you sooooo much for the check out gifts!! It wasa very creative jester.. I’ll definitely book this hotel again and highly recommend it for you.

Nothing at all

This hotel has a very romantic atmosphere and is located near the sea. The service is excellent and the staff is very attentive. Breakfast is delicious and served by pre-order. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the supply of drinks and cookies is replenished. Upon departure, guests receive small gifts for each day of their stay. When ordering, it is worth paying attention to the fact that the rooms are different sizes - from single to family.

Wow, what a delightful experience it was! We felt very welcome and taken care of. There are so many nice details which made our stay at this hotel very special, from small gifts and welcome note to additional details at breakfast. It’s located 10 mins away from the beach (although we recommend taking a taxi to Suan Son Pradipat Beach for more peace and quiet) and right next to the weekend markets.

Nothing really. It‘s probably the first time I can’t think of anything this property could improve :)
