Lovely property, really well maintained and traditional feel.

The noise from a huge construction site right next door (7 days a week), plus the noise of the live music from Circada market (Fri - Sun) is extreme. You can’t sleep until it’s finished (around 11.15pm).

Stayed for 6 nights and it was just amazing, especially the staff was just great, helpful and always forthcoming. The security men was so lovely, whenever we left or came back he opened the gate for our motorbike. As for the location it's already written in many reviews - the proximity to the two night markets on weekends is great but also loud (only till 11pm), but it wasn't a problem for us. We also loved the size of the resort, just a handful of bungalows with a shared pool, exactly the way we love it. The bungalows are a bit old but still well kept. We will definitely return once we will be in Hua Hin

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin on our last visit, so we already knew we loved this area. This time, I wanted something more private to celebrate my mom’s birthday, and the secluded bungalows provided the perfect balance of privacy and convenience, just a one-minute walk from both the Cicada and Tamarind night markets. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional staff. The woman at the front desk, who may have been the manager, was incredibly kind to my parents and always made a point to greet us warmly whenever she saw us. The young gentleman at the front was also very welcoming—he even noticed my dad struggling to park due to motorbikes in the way and immediately ran over to help move them. The security guard was just as friendly, always greeting us with a smile each morning. That said, there’s some room for improvement. Breakfast could be enhanced by offering fresh milk with coffee instead of powdered packets. Additionally, while the location is fantastic, the live music from Cicada Market can be heard until 11 PM, which might be a downside for light sleepers. Overall, a pleasant stay with great service and a convenient location.

We stay in this resort 4 years ago and are happy, can enjoy some days here again. The staff are so friendly and helpfull. We had a bungalow near the pool and every morning we got our yummy breakfast on our terasse. The staff clean the room very good and early. So it was possible to take a nap after a long walk on the beach. To the beach you can walk in few minutes. Nearby many restaurants. The time there was too short and we hope, can come again. Thanks and good luck for all the staff.

Don't know.

Beautiful villa complex with a pristine central pool. The villa itself is spotless, well-maintained, and impressively soundproofed—especially given the nearby noise from the Cicada Market. Each villa has a spacious, smoker-friendly terrace with a great view of the surrounding property and neighboring villas, all impeccably cared for. The pool is crystal-clear, and every villa comes with its own set of comfortable sunbeds. A fantastic stay overall.

Breakfast was underwhelming—few vegan options, confusing service, and low-quality meats. Still, it was passable overall.

I booked lux suite pool access room, in the photos it seemed like the pool is just connected to your balcony but in reality it’s far comparatively. Between the balcony and the pool access, there are 3-4 stairs , grass and a sun lounging chair. Other than that, the staff is excellent, very helpful. It’s a small property, quiet , location is great, nearby markets and beach. The property is beautiful better than photos. Also they gave us late check out. Thank you to all the staff that helped us during our stay.

Breakfast was wonderful, so nice they deliver to your deck. The pool was sparkling clean and refreshing to take a morning dip in. The property is perfectly located near 2 night markets so you can easily walk. I chose this for a Thai experience rather than a big chain hotel and it was exactly what I wanted. Also the restaurant next door was elegant and food fantastic. Def stay here, great value too. Staff extremely helpful. Thank you!!!

Nothing to complain about

What I liked:EVERYTHING !!! The location, two steps away from the Cicada and Tamarind markets. The great breakfasts which were served every morning, in time and in front of the room. Two pools with several (but no too many) bungalows around. The great reception and the personel. In one word to summarize: Next time, if feasible, will go to that resort again!

Nothing we disliked

Location was great, an easy walk to the beach and to the night markets (cicada and tamarind). Although we found both markets to be overpriced for food, especially cicada. Nice atmosphere though. It was off the main road..by all means..DO NOT book a hotel on the main road..or at least don't let them give you a room facing the road. The noises from the late night motorcycles will be too much. So this area was peaceful. The atmosphere was magical..more memorable than a standard anonymous hotel with long hallways. The pool was nice in the evening. Quiet and romantic. The breakfast served to your patio in the morning was nice. The rooms had a nice charming feel, although the exterior was a little dated. Price was fair...we recommend switching locations every three nights to keep things fresh. Staying anywhere too long will make the vacation more repetitive and mundane. It's worth packing every three days and transport to a new hotel is only 100 baht. It was also nice to be on the green baht bus line...an easy 15 baht to get to the malls or hua hin night market further north.

The cabanas were a little dated, but it felt charming and rustic. The breakfast could have been a little hotter. It was a nice touch to have it served to the patio, but the coconut pancakes were cold and for $9 per person you could explore more. The food court at village market is always a winner. Again..make it a rule to stay somewhere only for 3 nights. Switching locations and hotels will keep things fresh and give more life to your vacation. Transport from locations via grab and bolt is super affordable. Hua hin has so much to offer.
