Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin was truly exceptional in every way. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the top-notch facilities and the serene beauty of the property. Every detail of the hotel seemed designed to create a luxurious and relaxing experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the access to the Regency Club, which elevated our experience to something truly extraordinary. The personalized service, the exclusive atmosphere, and the delicious food and drinks made it well worth it. We would also like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to some of the staff who worked in the Club Lounge—Cream, Aof, Baifern, Sara, and Elia. Their attentiveness, friendliness, and engaging conversations made us feel genuinely welcomed and added a personal touch to our stay. Additionally, we’d like to give special mention to the smiling and friendly chef who prepared the most delicious omelets for us each morning. Her warmth and culinary skills started our days off perfectly. Hyatt Regency Hua Hin has set a new standard for hospitality in our eyes. Overall good resort for family with kids. Most outstanding is the swimming pool and sand area and access to private beach.

Certain room design wasn't smart. For example, the toilet door is hard to open and access to toilet. Even with the middle doors between bathtub and bedroom are closed, if someone splashes water while in tub, water overflow may flow to bedroom floor. The lights switches options were either bright or very dark. Couldn't just set bathroom light and room dark.

Beautiful place to stay with a lovely garden and well maintained facilities. Special thanks to the hotel staff that all were super welcoming to us. Breakfast was delicious and everyone would find something they liked. The room was well maintained too contrary to what you might seen in the other reviews here. It doesn’t look worn out. Location is good although a bit out of town there are two nigh markets 5 min away from the hotel (open Thursday to Sunday) with lots of food options. Don’t forget happy hours at You & Me cafe beside the pool.

Well I would probably mention here something that could be improved - coffee at breakfast. Although there are many options to choose from either coffee beans are not as good or preparation. Just wanted to let the hotel know.

The location is great and the staff very helpful and friendly.

We know this property for over 20 years, the quality and diversity of the included F & B offers used to be better.

The pool was unbelievable and the slide. The gym was also good. Location for a few of the markets good for food. Buffet breakfast was a great way to start day.

Food is expensive though and we ate out almost every night.

Beautiful oceanfront location, lovely ambience with zen gardens and koi ponds , and a pool that goes around the hotel like a river. A water slide in the pool that was a lot of fun. Location was superb on the beach , and right next to Cicada market. A bit away from the city but so worth it. Breakfast spread was great. Rooms very clean, with balconies. Loved it. Hotel had a beach we could go down to.

We loved everything. Only the hotel has lots of gardens and Koi ponds...so expect wild life like lizards, snakes, and we also saw a monitor lizard which we showed the staff. We were okay with that...and otherwise the hotel is quite lovely. Would stay here again.

Loved the pool, the grounds were exceptional. The staff were all welcoming, polite & friendly. The room was clean & very comfortable.

The prices of drinks & food in the bar’s & restaurants were excessive, considering the availability of good bars & restaurants just outside the complex. This reflected on the quiet feeling & lack of ambiance, especially in the evenings. If the prices were more competitive it would attract more guests to stay in house.

Ideal for a holiday with kids, my son loved it... The beach is k, there was high tide for 2 days so we could ot go in, later went he tides went down we went for a walk... The pool is amazing and makes up for the average beach. The water n slide is amazing for kids and adults. Food was delicious on all days and service is excellent. The head chef was amazing as we asked for some specific changes in our food and he accommodated it. There are food markets right outside the hotel so its easy to walk and explore. The city is about 10 mins by a tuk tuk very easy. We stayed at the hotel during our stay as there is so much to do. The spa is beautiful.

The beach is average.

The beach is superb as well as the pool area. Restaurant staff manager Best was wonderful and the staff is kind and helpful.

The hotel is clearly understaffed. It was hard to get responses ahead of the trip and there were long queues to the reception. We got better service in Mariott last time.The pool acess room was nice but as the garden was 100% in shade, there were lots of mosquitos in the night time. It seems as most pool access rooms are on shady side which was a suprise. Our beachbag and suncreme were stolen from our sunbeds, something you would not expect to happen in this type of resort.
