I liked the location of this hotel and its facilities. The hotel is set off from the main road and is quiet. It's located right next to a villa supermarket and is roughly a 15 min walk to the beach. The pool on the ground floor is enclosed and provides privacy. The shower was lovely and hot. In this twin room, there was a TV (with English channels), a fridge, and kettle. The hotel advises guests to be quiet between certain hours and respect each other. I appreciated that on my weekend away.

My only irritation was the size of the cups in the room, as they are quite small. Also, the towels provided for the pool are thin.

Convenient location, quite close to the town centre but set back from the road so very quiet, pleasant staff, nice comfortable and reasonably spacious room, lift to floors, very nice private swimming pool, good air conditioning unit, room cleaned and tidied everyday if required, built in safe, nice size balcony, decent TV with reasonable selection of channels, exceptional value for money.

Difficult to criticise but if I were being really critical I would say the view from the balcony wasn't great, overlooking corrugated rooftops but then I wasn't expecting the Hanging Gardens of Babylon! Bathroom door opens onto the toilet. I didn't bother ordering Breakfast as it didn't look that appetising but I'm a really fussy farang who enjoys a traditional English breakfast.

We've been here two years ago, but then we had one of the best rooms. The standard room then is a bit of a disappointment, looks way smaller and you miss the coffee in the room. The breakfast options are still very restricted, but that probably will not change. What you can get is okay. The location is good close to restaurants and the Market Village Mall (walking distance) and next door is a small supermarket. Personell is friendly and helpful. It's not the most convenient place if you want to go to a good beach.

Convenient location to directly access train station, beach, mall, cafes, restaurants, Villa Market and hospital. Delightful swimming pool, north facing room with balcony. Set well back from the busy thoroughfare with little to no traffic noise. A special shout out to the hotel security guard who was always so welcoming to guests.

It’s pointless for me to nit-pick; suffice to say the hotel was fabulous.

The staff is extremely friendly and the hotel is located around 500m from the city center attractions (make sure to check out the Railway Station for great photo opportunities). You even have a big Villa Market just outside if you want to stack up for the weekend. The WiFi worked perfectly and the hot water was great.

The doors have no noise insulation whatsoever, and unfortunately, I encountered some noisy neighbors during my stay. I also found the AC to be louder than normal. Also, when a 3-star hotel is charging so much, I expect to see an iron, a hairdryer, a proper dental kit, complimentary slippers, and some free coffee sachets.

Location. The hotel is situated off a busy thoroughfare thru the city. It is difficult to get to other side of the highway to get to the beach area with bars and restaurants.. Either have to walk further to find a crossing, or dodge large trucks, cars, scooters in a dash across the street. That goes for driving too. Difficult to cross 3 lanes of traffic to access the hotel's driveway.

Located very central in Hua Hin, close to most things. Tuktuk is available everywhere, taking you wherever you want to go cheap. The hotel is perfect size, great service by the staff, fast and efficient. Elevator. Very neat and clean hotel. Fast response when I pointed out some small issues in my room, it was fixed right away, great service! The pool was also nice!

Personal opinion, you might not have this opinion. I found the pillows to be a little hard, not great for the neck. Close to hospital, so sirens from ambulances might be bothersome in the middle of the night, but no big issue imo.

Good location and helpful, friendly staff. I only stayed one night and was very comfortable. The breakfast that was included was for a room for 2, so I got to eat two servings. I would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't an online booking option with free cancellation and breakfast for one person. Perhaps an offering they might consider for the future that would be a little cheaper. The hallway corridors were very squeaky with my shoes on. Not sure if it was just me or the polish they use. That said, I would still recommend staying here as those are only minor details.

Super comfortable bed and pillow; the shower pressure was fantastic and the pool was exactly what we needed. The little library/ book swap was a nice touch. The little hotel was centrally located with parking and a lovely garden. And we found a perfect coffee shop 1 minute away. We'll definitely choose ViSa the next time we visit Hua Hin.

The air con was a little noisy.
