The breakfasts are very good and the hotel is ideally located near the beach and shops.

Problem there are no blackout curtains and we have the light from the hallway all night. It would be wise to either put one up or put a motion detector in the hallway so that the light turns off by itself.

Upon arrival we were told that our room was not available, but they were still selling our type of room on booking.com. Very unhappy with the lack of truth at reception. The pool, breakfast and other things very happy with. Just disappointed with the reception and refusal of refund for the difference which is about 650baht per night. Still waiting to hear from booking.com who is responsible for refund. Hotel say see booking.com. and booking.com say see hotel.

Location, Staff, grounds, room, pool, breakfast. Nice welcome on arrival. Booked into Superior room but upgraded myself to a Deluxe Garden room on the ground floor. Worth the upgrade. Very peaceful setting in nice gardens with Humming Birds. Outside seating to relax. Wonderful staff at check in, breakfast, cleaning staff. Enjoyed my stay very much. Breakfast was plentiful, hot and cold items, fresh fruits, cereal, yoghurt, bacon and eggs as well as Thai dishes.

Although I stayed only for two nights, the hotel was really nice. The facilities, the staff, the breakfast - everything was great. It's located very centrally in Hua Hin, not right on the beach but it has a decent pool of its own. I got a free upgrade on Booking.com and the room was a really good bargain for that price, even too large for a solo traveller. Despite the two restaurants right outside my room the stay was peaceful and quiet.

This does not concern this hotel alone but it is more of a general observation about many budget and middle-range hotels in Thailand - security could be improved by installing better locks and having more control over who can enter various parts of the hotel. Then again, having travelled in SEA for years, I have never encountered any problems with crime in hotels, so maybe I am overthinking.

Good location, 15 minute walk to train station. 10 minute walk to main Street to catch open air bus south to cicada and tamarind markets. 1 block to ocean but it was rough, uninviting and no one was swimming. Did not eat in this area but less than 10 minute walk to many popular restaurants and also 2 very busy restaurants right at the hotel. Breakfast was good and very peaceful at poolside with American and Thai choices.

Unfortunately smoking is allowed on the patios of the rooms and it seemed to suck into our room especially when the fan was on in the bathroom.

A calm and quiet location with a warm welcome from the staff. After switching rooms due to a faulty AC, I settled into a spacious, spotless room with daily housekeeping. Room S9 was above the kitchen, so early mornings were a bit noisy—but earplugs helped. The shaded pool was a highlight—peaceful and often all to myself in the afternoons. Wholeheartedly recommend ..

Nice staff ! Nicely located hotel at the "beach side of the main road through the city". Has a couple of parking spots on the premises. Complete room with reasonable wifi. Room was clean and bathroom was acceptable. Nice breakfast area close the to small swimming pool. Lots of options to dinner and go out in very close vicinity. Area was not noisy. Couple of hundred meters from the beach. Acceptable breakfast with with good coffee.

No elevator I think, but not a big problem for us, as we are mobile and it was just one floor up from the lobby. No instructions for the use of the safe. Very happy we did not put anything in, as we tried if first empty (after effort to reset the code) and could not open it anymore.

Everything was brilliant location pool room staff 4 ladies on reception were excellent friendly and very helpful close to the beach shops bars and restaurants 😀

Brilliant location, close to all the bars, restaurants and beach and yet really peaceful because it’s so far set back from the road. Cleanliness was second to none- immaculately clean. There’s a lovely little pool to cool off in too but the best thing about Hua Hin White Sand has to be the staff. They are so cheerful and very very helpful, always going the extra yard to help

Nice and quiet hotel, with an excellent location. Close to restaurants, the sea and the station. Big and well-appointed room with a small terrace in front. Friendly and helpful staff. Good price-quality relation. Adequate breakfast included.

Apparently, their system was hacked, resulting in messages threatening to cancel my booking and pressing me to provide financial information using a link in the message. This was handled well by Booking.com customer service, but the hotel never reacted to my replies and gave only feeble excuses when I mentioned this at check-in.
