Excellent PRICE-PERFORMANCE ratio, very friendly staff, fast Wifi, free parking at hotel, walking to Beach about 10 minutes, great infrastructure around hotel, to night market with tuktuk 80 baht, to walking street walking about 10 minutes.

Very nice welcome upon arrival, pleasant staff, always available and ready to help (they were especially very helpful also when I required some office work for printing and scanning). Perfect location right in the middle of Hua Hin and its busy centre with loads of good restaurants, shops and entertainment, as well as being within a very short walking distance of the lovely Hua Hin beach. Very good size room and comfortable bed. Quietness of the room.

The WiFi was, on occasion, a little slow. The working desk and chair in the room are too low and not comfortable to work on for a long time. English speaking TV channels would be nice. But these are minor details which don't overshadow the otherwise very pleasant experience so we will be back there next week again!

It is always our favourite hotel,location and great view. Staff is always amazing and warm,reception is great welcome and supportive all times! Breakfast needs to be improved a bit,with different choices, and more sweet stuff Our room has a door that communicates with another room,too noisy from the other side, and we can hear all,so it wasn't so relaxing sometimes

This is a very central hotel, near to the night life, markets and only a short walk to the beach. The hotel is older than some but the construction means no noise from next door, the lifts were very quick with little or no waiting. I didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on it but there is any amount of good cheap places to eat only a stones throw from the hotel. Fresh towels every day if you want them and the room was made up every morning.

The location had perfect access to the beach, a golf course and driving range, a myriad of shops, restaurants, and pubs (many diverse international foods), and the train station. The driveway and outdoor lobby area made it easy to relax outdoors without the noise and exhaust from automobiles. Although somewhat dated, the property was very elegant, spacious, and well-planned. The staff were very welcoming and friendly.

Because the hotel was a bit dated, the numerous buttons for lighting and the thermostat (A/C) were a bit confusing. The washroom was clean and it had good counter-space, but it was older.

Everything about your Hotel was EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD. The breakfast was EXTREMELY POOR. IT especially stood out as POOR as everything else was so good. I tried your breakfast once then on my next three mornings I went elsewhere. I had little trouble at both getting a much better choice at a lower price!!!!

Breakfast was the only thing that was not exceptional. It was very poor. Absolutely poor value and minimal choice.

Although the room was a little tired, it was a very good size and the bed and pillow were both extremely comfortable. The hotel is centrally located, close to restaurants, bars and shops but the room was quiet considering its location. The beach is a short walk away. You have a kettle in the room, but we did need to ask for cups so we could make tea/coffee. All the staff we encountered were friendly.

The pressure of the shower was a little on the low side.
