Everything was great. Room was spacious with the large terrace balcony, very relaxing to sit outside with view over the garden and pool. Plenty of poolside lounges and pool was big enough. The staff were amazing from the front desk to service staff, very friendly, we had many laughs with them. I actually recommended them to couple we met at a restaurant, who have now booked in for 7 nights. Close to mostly everything including the night markets. Highly recommend. As the hotel does not have breakfast, there are many places close by.

Being in the main street, the noise/music from the pubs/bars was a bit loud, but not this hotels fault. No lift, but the office 'boys' were helpful with getting our luggage up to our room.

The only bad thing about this hotel is that I couldn't stay more days. The personal at reception and cleaning ladies were always welcoming and helpful. The room was bigger than expected, super clean and very big bathroom as well. There was also a small balcony towards the street. The hotel has a pool and a garden were you can relax. The hotel is very good located, on the corner around of the walking street. Also it only like 5 minutes from the beach and several bars and restaurants. Even when there are several bars on the same street and it could get loud at night, I had no problem with it. Pretty much I was still awake when the music stopped at 1am or I was ar a bar. As a solo traveler it was perfect. Best value for money.

Reception was very polite and very accommodating to what ever, if it was question or just a little chat. Housekeepers was smiling and did an good job. Even if it is a party area outside, it did not make to much noise or bother that much. I was there in low season, 3 weeks in october, so might be another story in high season.

I changed room 3 times, that was no problem at all. 1st was the pipes in room downstairs, 2nd was the AC did not work and the 3rd was me wanted to go back to the other room. But all 3 room had an noisy fridge, but problem solved by take out the plug during sleep.

I've been coming here twice a year for around 5-6 years now. Clean modern rooms with in room safe, kettle and fridge. All pool facing rooms have a balcony or terrace. Sun at the pool is till around 3pm. Only 60 baht for a bottle at the pool bar, excellent! It's not very noisy anyway in the evening time but the pool / garden facing rooms will be quieter. 2 minute walk to Soi Bintanaht and 7-8 minutes to the beach! Daily housekeeping and very friendly staff always make you feel very welcome.

I have been staying in the Anchan Hotel several times a yearl for a few days and up to a week for the last few years. The welcome given by the management team as well as the housekeeping staff is very warm. The rooms are well-appointed and clean. The air-conditioning works like a dream and there is plenty of hot water in the shower (should you need hot water in Hua Hin's temperatures). The swimming pool is a little haven of peace. For me, a stay in Hua Hin is synonymous with a stay at the Anchan! I will be back!

There is nothing to not like here!

Location is idea for the beach nightlife and getting around. Friendly and efficient room staff, I liked the pool a lounge area for those do nothing moments. The clothes washing service was quick, well done and a reasonable cost

The hot water in the shower and wash hand basin was bearly tepid, and little difference with the cold tap. Despite asking for assistance at the reception the issue was not fixed. Breakfast was not included but there are loads of eating places for all tastes within a short walk.

I've lost count how many times I've stayed here. It's a wonderful place to stay, clean and modern rooms with a safe, kettle and fridge in each room and daily housekeeping. The staff in particular are very friendly whether it's reception staff or housekeeping. The hotel is in an excellent location just a 3-4 mins walk to Soi Bintabaht and less than 10 minutes to the beach. I always take a pool / garden facing room as quieter in the evening time although with the Aircon on you won't hear much anyway from the local bars. Also all the pool / garden facing rooms have a balcony. Already booked the next stay in December!

Great hotel, only 5 walk from beach wondeful white sand beaches so much to do and reax food and drinks available on beach area staff very polite and helpful, bedroom very clean and tidy wonderful bar's and restaurant in walking distance from hotel less than 1 minute away hotel has its own massage parlour as well as others in walking distance not expensive and very professional great swimming pool and sunbed area one can relax. Night life amazing lots live music bands in some wonderful bars , .example, the red bar is well worth a visit , bus / station only 10/ 15 minutes walk to and from hotel excellent shopping mall and night markets great variety on transport available and cheap to use and many tours available from hotel and agent ye well worth visiting

The shower in the hotel room is not very good. The shower head to low should head height and sink bowel control, not good water splashes over only comment in my room

I stayed in one of their jacuzzi suites and really enjoyed the relaxing bath,they provide an essential oil bath bomb which fills the bath with foam...It has a separate shower too...the room is very large and has microwave,large fridge w/freezer compartment,huge balcony and a curved screen internet TV with YouTube...It is very near the bars and the beach too

A little bit of noise at night but what do you expect staying in the city centre

Fantastic staff. Really helped us when my husband left his camera bag on the bus. Everyone very friendly. Lovely room with everything you need, i.e.,fridge, hairdryer, toiletries etc. Small but perfectly functional pool. 5 min walk to beach and lots of restaurant/bar choices in any direction. Very clean and good WiFi. Would stay here again

Stairs are very steep so although we're reasonably fit I wouldn't recommend for anyone with mobility issues
