Spotlessly clean, light and airy. Right in the town centre, yet not noisy at night. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I paid extra for a Deluxe room in order to have a terrace to be able to sit outside and read. The room I was given did not have a terrace. When this was raised with staff I was told that “not all Deluxe rooms have a terrace “, despite the room description clearly stating the Deluxe room had a terrace. Apart from this I was very happy with the hotel and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Close to the railway station, about 500 m. Around 60 Baths with Bolt. Well situated close to Hilton in the district where there is movement at night (soy Bintabaht). As pointed out, the hotel is on a quiet street. No noise at all. Friendly girls at the reception ; the hotel is modern ; one lift. I choosed the luxury room to be sure to have a large bed and room, also facing the east so that I had no sun in the afternoon. The room is large and is good value for money. Wifi and air condition work well (aircon's filters where clean). Small fridge. Air dryer. Large safe (for a computer). One boiler with coffee and cups. Good bathroom ; shower protected by a curtain. Glasses for the teeth. 2 bottles of water in glass everyday and they change the towels also everyday. Downstairs there is a room specially for those who want to eat their own meals ; I didn't use it so I don't know really what is for use. (may be the owner can add a small commentary to explain it) Not far from the hotel (about 300m) : the night market and also in the morning a typical Thaï market ( Chatchaï market). So I was personnally very pleased with this small hotel

This is one of the best budget hotels that I've stayed at. It was clean, in a great location, no mosquitoes in the room, nice bed, VERY fast WiFi, cold air conditioning, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I stayed there for a little over 2 weeks, and there were 2 blackouts during my stay there; one that was early in the morning around 4am (which didn't affect me much), and another in the afternoon for a few hours (which DID affect me because I had to take a cold shower). Also, the lighting was too dim in the room, and the shower didn't drain very fast after a week and a half. Just minor issues, though... it was still a great stay!

I stayed here for a week in the middle of June. I picked the hotel because of the location, even though it is 5 mins from the night market, 5 mins from the beach and 5 mins from soi Bintabaht (walking street) it was nice and quiet. The hotel doesn’t have a pool but that wasn’t any problem for me. I don’t know what the breakfast is, since I walked around the corner to a small restaurant that served a lovely Pad Kra Pao. 80 baht with a bottle of soda water. Regarding the room, I upgraded my room since I wanted a balcony and the first room only had a “balcony” to reach the air conditioning unit. The new room was a bit bigger but both rooms were charming and clean. Always someone at the front desk and at night an employee was sitting outside guarding. You also needed to use your room key card to make the elevator work.

The only thing that negative was the lack of counter space. One other thing that might be negative, is that they don’t automatically clean your room, you have to hang the please clean the room sign on the door handle to signal that you wanted it cleaned. Regardless you always got 2 bottles of water. And you could always get new towels. Lastly there are 2 laundry services side by side just outside the hotel. I used them both, but I don’t recommend the one on the right. I think she only dipped my laundry in soap smelling water and dried it. Easy stains to remove was still there. The laundry service on the left did an excellent job.

Friendly staff, cute little place quiet but in a heart of the city so everything is walking distance. Also has parking but a bit tricky due to small spaces.

The lighting in the room is a bit awkward and dim. No suitable working station. (They do have working space in the lobby, but i prefer to work in the room).

I have stayed in this hotel in the past , in my opinion one of the best hotels in hua hin , close to everything beach ,Night district ,restaurants , markets , excellent service … room always clean every day.. Hope to visit again soon for a nice long weekend in hua hin fabio

I like this hotel. The room was basic but spotless clean. Housekeeping did a great job daily. Hot water for shower was adequate. Air conditioning worked great. Excellent location for me. The bed was comfortable.

The TV was useless to me. Only streaming apps that I never figured out. It would be nice to catch the news or movies on TV but I ended up using my phone. It would be nice to have a small bar of hand soap for the wash basin without having to use liquid body wash for my hands

This is a newly built, modern hotel with minimalist decor. It is very clean. My room was spacious, clean, with a large double bed. The bathroom was spacious. I also had a small balcony and had a sea view. The location is great with restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. Also the night market is within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a water filter in the kitchen where the guests can fill their bottles free of charge. There was a fridge and kettle in the room and a lift in the hotel.

We spent 2 1/2 weeks in this practical hotel with a great location. We had a small balcony and could see the ocean and mountains . There was a plug beside the bed plus one by the hot water pot for our morning coffee. Daily cleaning and bottled water was nice. Close to the Hua Hin Night Market and beach .

The hotel is in a great location between the beach and the night market. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the train station. The room is modern and to a good standard. There are plenty of places to eat nearby.

It’s the only hotel I have stayed in that doesn’t clean your room automatically, you need to put the clean room tag on the door.
