This is a traditional Thai run guest house. Everyone very friendly and helpful, English spoken and very clean. It's in a very good, quiet location, a 3 minute walk from the sea (10 minutes from a lovely beach); there are many places to eat adjacent and a 24 hour minimarket a 5 minute walk away. The rooms are spacious, the cheaper ones smaller but adequate, and many have sea views. Staff, the cleaner in particular, were very helpful indeed - I had a 3am nosebleed while there which made a bit of a mess on the bathroom floor (!) and she took this fully in her stride next morning. (Thank you).

Check-in hours need to be extended - there isn't a 24 hour reception presence - and I had to make special arrangements for a 9pm check-in which was the earliest I could get there after a 4pm arrival at Bangkok airport. The arrangements worked fine, however. ( No problem with access if you want a late night out - you're given an entry key). Nothing the management can do about this, but the accommodation is over 4 floors and there's no lift. However....... I'm 81 with dicky knees and had to spend the first 2 nights on the 4th floor as the place was fully booked. I survived and am the fitter for it........

The hotel was really nice. The room was a good size with a balcony and the bed was very comfortable. I had a fridge and kettle in there and the room was cleaned with new towels and water every day. The staff were very nice as well.

There was nothing about the hotel I didn't like, however, being a female travelling alone the area at night was a lot of bars and massage parlours. I never felt unsafe but it was a little intimidating. If you were a couple or a male alone it's a great location.

Run by friendly approachable family, Guest house is very clean and centrally located. about a 15minute walk to the beach, and 30minutes to the railway station

Room suited my son and I well. However, they did not take credit card at check in for the room payment as advertised,, only cash.

Would love to have had a top sheet. They had a bottom sheet and comforter, but no top sheet. Also, 2 prong converters just fell out of the older electrical sockets. Only 3 prong items stayed in. Otherwise, rooms were fine.

its close to beach and night life . owners are great and very friendly people will help you with any problem this is a thai guest house so need to remove shoes when entering and its basic but very clean

Staff, very friendly and helpful....cleaning was spotlesss...location was, perfect...small balcony which was OK for cigarette, but have to turn aircon off while on balcony, the heat from unit to hot on small balcony, but for the price and location, you can't fault it...

The guest house is located in the HUA HIN old part, where you can find nice restaurants built on stilts, 5 minutes walk from the beautiful chines temple, behind the HILTON The guest house is ruled by a Thai family very friendly, smiling and welcoming. Room is big enough for a couple, with a very comfy mattress, hot water, fridge and cable TV Around the guest house you have plenty of places for massage and food What can I say about this place: it's really worth it (for the location, the excellent rate and the lovely owners) and I highly recommend it

The guesthouse is located at the old tow center of Huahin. it is very close to all the seafood restaurant near to the beach side of Hua hin. Very quite at night and the house tenant is very helpful and friendly..I stayed one extra night and only pay for the rent on the next day

Simpe abordable Hotel, close to beach, bars and restaurants. Even with a small balcony. Asked for a softer bed, and actually got a softer one after the first night (:

No top sheet, just a blanket, it's maby okay for somepeople, , but I would have appreciated a sheet between me and the blanket.

Great location. Great staff. Clean. Good room cleaning, linen and towels. Good aircon. Good WiFi.
