A hotel in the middle of everything. A little jem, good size rooms, good soft bed. Normally beds are rock hard. Good shower. Lot of hot water.

Was told, I could park on the backside of hotel. Don't do this, if you not a very skilled driver.!! I almost ripped of exhaust of my car try to get in. A big road bump, that your exhaust will get stuck on . . Almost ruined my car. And it's very narrow. Almost impossible get in and out with a big car. Booking. Com say hotel have parking. That's not true. Street parking, if you Lucky fiind one. The streets are jammed with cars and motorbikes.

Greatest value ever, this place is a little gem. I first booked for one night, then booked two more nights, and just booked for three more nights. That pretty much says it all. Big room A/C Hot Shower TV Balcony Wifi Clean Cool Quiet Near Everything... Just name it, this place has it all!

Everything is perfect. The place is small but the rooms are big, maybe 10 rooms, so don't hesitate to check the one that suits you the best.

Amazing value for money - huge room, really clean, with a private balcony and then another balcony in the hall. Beach an 8 minute walk away with the offer of a hotel beach towel. It seemed a bit basic when I arrived, but I have to say I grew really fond of this little hotel. Right in the middle of everything.

Nothing really - any small issues just reflected the price bracket.

The hotel itself was fine. We enjoyed our very large, comfortable and clean room.

What we did not like about our stay at Baan Busarin Hotel in Hua Hin had nothing to do with the hotel. We were very disappointed by Hua Hin as a choice of holiday venue.

I had a wonderful stay at the BaanBusarin. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff is super nice and helpful and made my stay there perfect.

The area is not super quiet every night, sometimes you could hear the music from the bars around. But the street itself was quiet in the night and you are still close to the Center.

Breakfast very good. Superb value for money. Extremely comfortable beds. Excellent AC. Spacious room, lovely bathroom. Completely safe. Wonderful, friendly receptionists offering a really high level of customer service.

It was perfect, faultless. No complaints at all.

It was a good location, only 5 mins from the night market. Staff were really friendly. The rooms were massive, very clean, comfortable beds and great showers!! The room also had a balcony which was a bonus. Good value for the price.

Mosquitos got into the room as the next in the bathroom had a few holes.

The hotel is a bit outdated and the rooms are rather simply furnished, but it is still highly recommended. You spend most of your time at the beach or in the city anyway. The hotel is not too big and is very clean. There are many places to eat nearby and a 7/11. You are within walking distance of the beach or the night market. Breakfast is simple but perfectly adequate.

A bit of a downer that there is no elevator.

Extremely clean and super nice, in a great location and with everything required for an accommodation in Huahin. I went with my wife and parents, it is ideal for families, couples, kids and solo traveller. Close to all the amenities and key locations in town.
