Good location and staff,price was good too.Room has everything you need. Walking distance to the beach and very close to night market.

I booked for 9 days and been told they clean the room and change the bed shit just every 7 day,which is not acceptable at a hotel.They only take your garbage bag daily from front door and change towels every 3 days. I asked for transfer to bus station for Bangkok airport and was 300 bahts.I just call a Grab by myself ans was only 130 bahts.

Nathalie and her husband create a warm, friendly, and very welcoming environment. The property is exceptionally clean, well located, and has a nice shared balcony.

The business owner is not friendly or welcoming until it's time to pay the bill. The property is bereft of warmth and friendliness when Nathalie and her husband have a well-earned day off once a week. The business owner should learn and follow how they run his business in a guest friendly way for everyone, not just old, single male traveller's.

What a hospitable guesthouse. We were allowed to check in early in to our small but comfortable room. The bed was firm, the AC worked well, a kettle, it had a small balcony and refrigerator, plus the cutest dog and friendly English speaking receptionist! Only 2 blocks to the nightly street market one way, and a short walk the other way to get to the beach. Many street food and restaurant options plus a 7-Eleven almost across the street. You do need to be able to do stairs, but that shouldn't keep you from staying in this sweet spot.

This wonderful little guesthouse is super clean with the most friendly and accommodating hosts.Located on Soi 57 it's the perfect place to explore the beautiful old town.Its also a 2 minute walk from Bintabaht bar area and local markets.

Easy to arrange late check in since we arrived at 2am. Location is a little further from the main walking areas but still walking distance to most places in the town

The bed was very hard and there was only a tiny fluffy blanket instead of a sheet/duvet. The blanket was a bit small for 2 people to share and not veey comfortable

This guesthouse is centrally located, yet the street is quiet. It's a short walk to the night market, the beach, and the train station. The rooms and bathrooms are big, and have a refrigerator and electric kettle. The room windows and the spectacular roof deck face both the beach and the mountains. It's safe enough to keep a motorbike out on the street at night.

The clientel seem to be moslty older German men, as is Ben, presumably the owner. This is not a problem, as they were nice enough to us. Some seem to be fairly long term guests.

Location in old town handy for everything. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The room had a kettle, fridge and good storage space. Rooftop terrace wonderful

Location, location, location. I was impressed with the property's commitment to protecting the environment by avoiding the use of plastic. Short walk to the beach, coffee bars, restaurants, food and general markets

Other places we stayed renewed our bottled water daily, this was not the case at Hua Hin though bottled water was available for just 10baht, similar situation with coffee

Very nice owners very helpful. Nice basic clean room. A couple of mosquitoes but this is Thailand so that is to be expected. Very good value for the money recommended highly for solo travelers.

Great accommodation, cool balcony, nice rooftop with sunset and sea views. The owner and a friendly lady at the reception trying their best to make the guests feel welcomed. Everything was very comfortable and clean and there was a kettle in the room and a microwave on the floor and silence. Thank you!

Maybe mattress is a bit firm :))
