Stayed for 1 week. Enjoyed my stay. Rooms for the price are excellent in my opinion. Everything that you need. Clean, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, room was serviced daily. Had a leaky A/C unit. It was sorted the following day with no problem. There is a coffee area at the front under a covered area. This is. great social area with other guests at any time during the day. There is no restauarant, but you can grab a beer, soft drink or coffee/Tea. Hotel is centrally located located in Hua Hin, Restaurants, Bars etc all easy walking distance. Quite spot but not dead. Staff great, friendly & helpful. Would happily stay again if in Hua Hin

Hotel is very comfortable, quiet and conveniently situated in the middle of the town. Everything you need is within walking distance to local bars, restaurants, shops, massage shops and the night market. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfy and also includes a kettle with tea & coffee. The staff members were very friendly and helpful during my week stay and definitely will return in the near future and would highly recommend this place to stay.

There was nothing that I dislike, I enjoy every moment of my stay

Great location. Many local restaurants & coffee shops, 5 min walk to beach and walking street bar area. It is set on a back street so minimal noise. Rooms are basic, clean and comfortable. TV, safety deposit box, balcony, guest friendly, enough power points for chargers. Only downside is perhaps no elevator, but as a 50 year old on the 4th floor I had no issues. Best thing about the place is the owner "Nina* who went out of her way to ensure you were happy and had everything you needed. Great experience I will certainly be using this place again in future Hua Hin visit's.

Lacking in views. No USB charge points only electric sockets, but I had my own USBs so ok.

Friendly Staff who were always ready to help daily laundry service . Coffee or a beer available. An easy walk away from everything including the beach. A great introduction to Huahin

This is a very pleasant small hotel well located in Hua Hin. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the AC and the shower worked properly. The rooms might be a little bit small for a couple or a long stay, but I was very comfortable there.

What a lovely little guest house hidden in a soi in the back of town. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was rustic and comfortable. Everything was provided including all toiletries, coffee and tea and wifi. The bed was comfortable and there was no noise from traffic at night. The guest house has its own coffee shop at at the front.

It's great value for money, the lady who runs it works hard, always happy, if she can help you she will, orders taxi, wash clothes, based on price and location, quality, cleaners, l would highly recommend for the budget traveller, or someone who wants a .more local feel for the area. Her recommendation for cheap English breakfast. Not to be missed. Value for money, number one.

In the shower/ toilets the grouting on the tiles could be filled better, l suggested she get someone to add silicone sealant there

Clean and good location, Owners very helpful and friendly.

Nothing to dislike, maybe only recommend the curtains be changed for blackout curtains to stop the light coming in, Other than that I will come back again.

The location and proximity with the local restaurants. The staff was nice. Next to a bike rental, 7/11, night market, etc.

The windows could be better isolated. No cupboard but this is almost everywhere in Thailand. Maybe the neighbouring business with tons of bottles and cardboard in the middle of the street in front of the hotel could do his business somewhere else... but nothing tragic.A
