Spacious rooms, very clean, the hotel is not too old but pretty affordable. Just a good classic style. Staff was nice, cleaning was everyday, wifi was good in our second room. Also when we complained about wifi problems in our first room (it was simply too distant from the roater), they have moved us to a better room with balcony, this was very nice. Big windows, enough light. Refrigerators in rooms and enough storage. On the first floor there is a kettle and free instant coffee and tea, water was supplied every day.

Their electric network seem to be pretty weak - that is why in rooms there is no hair dryers or kettles, and cooking is also not allowed - we used personal hair dryer with laptops and aircon on, and electricity stopped working from overload. Happily, the stuff quickly restarted it. The girl at the reception also doesn't speak English, but she has always been friendly and patiently waited for verbal Google Translate. Also lighting in rooms is a little bit dark, just 2-3 spot lights. But still liveable. There is also no elevator. Overall disadvantages are not significant, good value for money

Good value for money, large room and very clean. Staff cleaned and made beds every day without being asked to. Free tea/coffee in a morning. Very friendly staff.

Described as very close to the beach which it is however the beach that’s 2 minute walk away is most a fishing pier. Main beach that’s you would spend a day lounging on is about 15 minute walk away. Other than that no complaints, the hotel is very good value for money

The location is walking distance to the beach, cafe, and restaurants. the staff were so helpful, always responded to my requests and had great experience with late check in description from the staff. the price was worth staying, WiFi was working properly but TV channels were not so wide range.

TV channels were not all working, the range was little, the windows don't avoid the noise from the motors moving on the road unless the air-conditioning is on to have less sounds.

Very nice thai Guesthouse. Very nice and helpful staff. Good matresses and beds. Very good quality of sleeping. We spent five beautiful days right in the centre of the Town. Close to the beach. Close to the night market. Next to a very good massages shop. French bistrot with good breakfast less than twenty meters far.

They should improve cleaning which Is not bad but not perfect as a hotel should be.

The hotel is in the best location close to restaurants, clubs and the beach. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed. It's great value for anyone on a budget and they won't be disappointed.

Good location, very reasonable price, all facilities, would certainly use again and recommend .Maintenance needs attention but everything works and is clean. Staff are friendly but don't go out of their way to assist.

No lift. I had a good room, but on the 4th floor. Stairs only, and I have a bad knee.
