The guest house is set in a beautiful garden about 5 minutes walk from the clock tower and surrounded by bars, restaurants etc.. very central very good value for money staff were super accomodating, laundry service was the best I've had so far and I've been traveling for two months. everything you needed was in the room small fridge and safe box everyday we got two bottles of water and fresh towels when requested really good value for mobey would definitely recommend this place

the only negative thing was that the room was a little but small but that was my fault I should have looked at the measurements when I booked. for one or two nights it would be perfect but for a longer stay I would have preferred a bigger room

The location was great for what I was in Hua Hin for. Everything I needed was close at hand. Access to the beach, shops, nightlife is easy and at most a 5 minute walk.

The shower. Even when set to the highest temperature it barely gets above tepid.

Very nice staff, AC worked very well and shower (even warm) as well, very close to the beach. Its a small room with a window to a small alley inside the area. Very nice small garden to chill out.

I asked if there was noise from the bars at night and they said no because it was in a backyard but of course there was still a lot of noise and it wasnt easy to fall asleep. There is no free water except the first bottle which was a bit confusing. Besides that everything was alright for the price.

Nice quiet garden behind with sun loungers . Nothing too much trouble for the staff . Lots of shops eateries and massage ect. around . night market and big indoor " market village " both only short tuk tuk ride away . and nice big beach only a few minuets walk away . Very noisy during our visit , but it was the Thai new year an water festival ,so everyone was wet through ,but all good fun

Accomodation is in a noisy nightlife-district. Hotel itself is quiet and fine, but you have to walk through the party zones to get there and everybody offers you a drink :-)

The location was great, central to the walking street, surrounding bars, and even the main beach entrance. The rooms themselves are set a little off the street, which is good, but it's still easy to find because the main entrance (big red gate!) and lobby/restaurant area are unmissable. The room is not huge, but the bed is big and comfy, and the room is spacious enough for a few days' stay. The staff/owners were all lovely and always there to help with things or answer questions. You get two bottles of water a day for free, and you can take them from the fridge at your leisure. The shower was nice and hot with a good shower head. I am a light sleeper and wasn't bothered by the music from the surrounding bars, even on NYE when the parties went well into the wee hours.

The room should be better ventilated if a wall fan is going up against the Thailand heat. As it was, our first night was fine but later nights we struggled to sleep in the heat. There was also a water pump just below/across from our window that was LOUD and hard to ignore. However, it seems someone covered it at some point because the noise was slightly quieter later in our stay (though still hard to ignore).

It’s such a fun place to stay. Wonderful location in the middle of the action. Easy to get to major roads. Brilliant for the beach. Delicious breakfast. But outstanding are the staff. Always smiling, nothing is too much trouble. Loved my time here.

Ok, it’s a bit noisy at night but, if that worries you, book somewhere that isn’t! I certainly didn’t lose any needed sleep!

Clean, they provide water, fridge was working good, AC was fine, sometimes with weird sounds but mostly was fine. At night all bars around noisy with loud music and very drunk people 😄, but I sleep good and it didn’t bother me. For solo-traveler is ok, cuz the room a bit small.

The area for me wasn't great, the "saucyness" of the area was not what l was looking for however if you can overcome that the most magical beaches,sunrises and ocean are 10 minutes walk from the property!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, handy for restaurants and nightlife. Easy access to the beach and local shops/amenities. Although the area gets quite lively at night it is quite peaceful during the day.

A direct number to the reception for after hours issues. The hotel number seems to be the owner's number so if you have a problem at night that can be awkward. Either that or a means of contacting reception other than via the hotel phone number. Whatever you do, don't (as I did) accidentally lock yourself on the balcony in rooms 12 or 14, because there's no way down. This does present a concern if there is a fire in the corridor, that being said, if the corridor was on fire I think I'd probably risk the 10ft jump to the ground.
