Liked the location of the hotel. Close to beach, bars and restaurants. Not too far to the night market too. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was nice. Hotel room clean with a nice balcony.

The pillows were a little bit high and hard.

The hotel has a very convenient location with a walking distance to the beach, with spacious rooms featuring antique-style furniture and plenty of cable TV channels. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I stayed in a ground-floor room facing the swimming pool. The rates are quite reasonable, and I would definitely return to this hotel if I visit Hua Hin again.

The safe requires a key rather than a PIN code for access, and the bathroom only offers a bar of soap with no additional toiletries provided.

Be careful regarding modifications to a booking. I was booked for 5 nights and wanted to change to 4. Due to rates at new year eve it would have cost more for 4 nights than 5. When I complained I got alot of chat bot responses saying they understood and wanted to help. This is all bs. Use booking.com and agoda to your advantage but beware of changing and cancellation period.

The pool needs some all day shade, the whole residence is a bit tied and needs a renovation. Not what we booked from pictures on Booking.Com website. But still was a lovely stay

The swimming pool is a reasonable size for a town centre property. The room was clean, large and had a nice balcony.

Breakfast was extra and the choice was a set western breakfast or a set Thai breakfast. The cost was 280 Bht. I had the Western breakfast which consisted of 2 eggs with a suasage and a triangle of ham. It was served with one coffee and two slices of toast.

It is central, close to everything. Room is big and very clean. The balcony is big and has 2 chairs on it - very relaxing overlooking the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again.

The bed is a little bit hard, but acceptable. The breakfast was good, but every day the same.

Great pool, nice temperature. Location is great for beach and huge selection of cafes and restaurants.

Great location just off the Hua Hin beach entrance and also closed to the rail station and the clock tower where the coaches from Bangkok stop.

One of the days I stayed the room was not done, perhaps because I left the room a bit late, it wasn’t a big deal tho.
