WHat a wonderful little hotel. So much character! Had a very homey cozy feel to it. 5 Stars for cleaning staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would go back there again. Great location for access to the beach or for wondering around and seeing the sights. The room looks like it was resently upgraded with new tiles and bathroom. The bed was firm but comfortable. Air conditioning was great and showers have on demand hot water. Also had a safe and refridgerator. USB charging station by the bed. Great balcony.

Pillows were a little hard for me but the linens and duvet were great.

They forgot to refill toilet paper, and if you have Children bevare of rust pieces in the waterslide. The pieces where long as nails and sharp. I notified the staff but after a day the pieces where still in the slide. (Could be om the bottom as well) No towels near the pool, which meant that you had to walk to the desk for service, and nobody service you by the pool. So you want something you have to go to the front desk

Location in the center of everything, walking distance to beach restaurants night market 7-11 and could even walk to the Mall weather permitting. Beds are very comfy and rooms quiet. Fresh omelets and hot veggies etc for breakfast but forget the coffee, buy that elsewhere. Tuk Tuk ride to Cicada/Tamarind about 150 baht.

Easy walk to everything needed. All staff in nearby cafes and restaurants always welcoming with smiles. Room with balcony ,pool view on 3rd floor was ample enough. Ask reception for extra room card to keep air con going, no problem.

Could use some shade umbrellas around the great pool.

Location - walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Comfortable, clean room, safe to keep your precious things. The breakfast; choice of fruits, tasty European, plus typical Thai dishes - all perfect. The moment something disappear the staff run with fresh supply.

The air-condition a bit old and noisy, I personally prefer shower to bath but no choice. Dinning room under canopy then too hot, not so good start for the day.

The location was perfect for everything. The beach, night market and restaurants were all within walking distance. The hotel has character and although not modern, was very comfortable. The bed was good and there was plenty of hot water in the mornings. We booked for five nights but decided to stay for ten.

Only one minor thing. The air con does take a some time to cool the room. But as recommended by a previous reviewer you can get two key cards for a deposit of 500baht and leave the air con running in the room when you go out.

We extended our stay for an extra night and this was quickly sorted out for us. The staff as always were very helpful with anything query we had. The breakfast was well presented and there were plenty to choose from.

Everything! This hotel has everything you wish for and more! Excellent facilities and the staff were amazing, they simply couldn’t do enough for us. We took one of the villas and they were so helpful in every way to whatever we wanted. The cleaning staff went above and beyond to make our stay as memorable as it was. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Coffee machine made awful coffee maybe more choice for breakfast but for the money it is good value
