No breakfast available but we have previously stayed there. Plenty of local options. Right in the central part of Hua Hin so very convenient. The cleaners were very thorough each day, sheets changed every 2nd day and towels daily(not super fluffy but ok), We like having a balcony and a lift. The air conditioning was adjustable and TV channels very suitable - DW, NKH and Australian a good selection. WIFI also good.

Well located, about 10 min or less walk to the beach. Close to a number of restaurants. Pool is nice. Room was clean, and they cleaned every day and left 2 water bottles. Room was also very spacious. AC worked well.

Wifi was not very good. Lot of noise at night, can hear very loudly everything that is happening in the hallway, including opening and closing doors. AC and all electricity is dependent on the key being in the slot so everything shuts off while you’re gone. Booked a room without a balcony but would suggest booking one with.

Location is good. Short walk to beach. Close to Bintabaht bar area, but noise not an issue. Popular expat bar/restaurant Father Ted’s is only a couple of doors away and a 7 11 is next door. Decent size swimming pool.

Breakfast not available, but Amazon Coffee shop next door and House of Croissants is couple more doors away for breakfast. Tea or coffee in room would have been nice. On my final day a few cockroaches started turning up in my room. Notified staff when I checked out and they very apologetic and promised to get onto it straight away.

Good value. Close to beach, restaurants and Bintabaht nightlife though noise from bars is not a problem as rooms are set well back from the road. Popular bar Father Ted’s is less than one minute walk away. House of Croissant same distance and is popular breakfast choice as hotel does not provide breakfast. If you need to go anywhere tuk tuks are easy to find.

Had to change rooms as mattress in my initial room was bit thin. It was fine in new room. I’ve had this experience before at PP Villa.

Great location, bars restaurants and beach minutes away, Staff are brilliant rooms were cleaned every day was there 55 nights beds comfy, shared a 12 year old malt whisky with the security man very friendly will go back again

Not any to dislike I've been to hua hin many times and stayed about 6 hotels been here 2 times now and will go back next year

Great location. Nice pool....big enough to swim laps. Bed was comfortable. Room is clean. Hotel is a bit dated but clean and comfortable and the location is great. 5 minutes walk to the beach and numerous restaurants and bars in the immediate area but it is not loud. 20 minutes walk to the night market and 20 minutes walk to Hua Hin Market Village. I would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel and really nice staff. Perfect location in Hua Hin.

The wifi is very weak. The manager kindly restarted the wifi when asked but continued to be weak and drop out in the evenings. Not sure they have enough bandwidth to deal with the whole hotel use. If they addressed this the hotel would be perfect and I would have probably stayed longer.

Lovely place. Lovely pool. Very nice rooms, with small table & chairs, plus balcony. Good location on road to public beach. Lots of eateries, entertainment venues and convenience stores close by. Main market & night market not far either. Staff were very pleasant & helpful, providing main necessities on a daily basis. Top spot!

Nice swimming pool Big and clean room with refrigerator Big and comfortable bed AC Nice bathroom, water power and hot Very clean 7/11 by the side Close to restaurants, music bar and beach. 10' walking from the red neighborhood and the night market. Many massage shops nearby Very good cost/quality ratio

I missed that they don't offer breakfast.... It is very important in my opinion....but I give them a 10. I would come back

The location of the hotel was excellent, about 2 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the night market. There were 2 7-11s next to it and several restaurants, bars, and massage parlours around it. Given the price, it was good value for money.

The facilities were basic even though the room was bigger than the ones in Bangkok.
