A great little Thai hotel with excellent , friendly staff who help overcome any problems. Excellent location too, in a quiet street but very close to walking street bars, restaurants and the main Hua Hin beach. Fantastic value for money. My room was very large with good furnishings, and a view across rooftops to the sea and hills. I have stayed here before and the staff treated me like a long, lost friend. I will come back, if I possibly can.

I would change nothing in this super hotel.

Location and value are very good. Room COULD be considered the same based on.. location and for the price, very good. I would stay again. Reasonably nice rooftop pool. Has sufficient parking, too. Being in Pattaya, that's important. Breakfast was pretty good too, so have it included. ALSO, there is one of the Risa Massage places out front door and to the right about 150 yards!! You need to see Emma!! She's a strong woman. Thai massage is a bit different and she is VERY GOOD! She's a little bigger woman, and takes care of herself. Her size and strength is important and I highly recommend her. Also, do the 2-hour massage. Tip her well. Tell her Todd from Mexico sent you. She has 8 years in the business AND 3 years at this location. Be good to her. She'll be the same!

Right in the central of Hua Hin , great elevator , pool on level 5 shaded in the late pm ,so it does not get too hot, staff are marvelous ,nothing was a problem. Close to Soy Binta Ban night life walking streets and many bars and restaurants , 300m to the main road north/south. Buffet breakfast was great ,a selection to satisfy everyone , approx 400m to the beach ,no major roads to cross. I would stay again.

In October the rooms on the south side get hot from the sun while you are out , but the A/C quickly cools the temperature back down.

The hotel is ageing and a little shabby but kept very clean by the exceptional and friendly staff. The location is fantastic, a five minute walk around the block and you will pass many bars, restaurants and massage shops. Alley 61 and the beach is a two minute walk away. The reception staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. In fact all staff including security are probably the best we have ever experienced. If you are not after a five star property and want a clean, comfortable, relaxing experience, we highly recommend this hotel.

This was a first time at this hotel. The staff were pleasant and friendly, the room was a good size clean with excellent wifi throughout the hotel, the tv had options of watching youtube, Netflix and MCL. The buffet breakfast was well presented and offered a wide choice of food. The only downside the food was not always hot but in general for Thais this is not a problem. Location is central but Hua Hin since covid has moved more away to soi 88-102 where most of the entertainment is now. The pool on the 5th floor isn't big but ok for cooling off.

The hotel is a few minutes from the beach and very central to many bars, restaurants and shops. Tbe night market is a ten minute walk and market village mall is a 20 minute walk. There are cheap local songtheaw or taxis always available. The hotel is comfortable, good value and the reception staff are friendly and speak good English. The rooms are well equipped and a decent size . The pool is small but gets the sun most of the day. Sunloungers are quickly snapped up so get up early.

The lift is so slow and the covers on the sunlounger mattresses need replacing . Take earplugs, the are is lively especially on Friday as the Muay Thai boxing garden is close by.

Nice hotel in a great location, 2 mins walk from shops and bars and restaurants, 5 mins walk from the beach. The whole place is light and airy. The staff were lovely and even gave us a cold sweet drink on arrival. The room was big, light, nice. Tiny balcony but adequate for drying our stuff after the beach. The rooftop pool was nice, quite small but no complaints except it shut at 6pm I think, which is a shame because a night swim is exactly what people want. The room was pretty quiet, overlooked a bar but it wasn't a disruption unless you need total silence.

Breakfast had ample choices . Housekeeper was fantastic on level 4 . Location of hotel is great as near everything . Pool has lounge chairs for a dozen or so people and was refreshing after a hot day . Could smoke on balconies only in hotel . TV channel choices was very good . Mostly reception was helpful . Wouldn’t call this a family hotel however as appeared many single older men stayed here regularly .

We booked a Mountain View room which we got but the position meant you could shake hands with other guests on their balconies . Having to keep curtains fully closed for some privacy was a little annoying . Always had to ask for eggs at breakfast as it seemed that most days they only cooked as guests arrived . Check in welcome was unfriendly but maybe the girl had a bad day ?

The staff here is super friendly and helpful. I actually had an issue with my apartment and had to book a hotel nearby last minute ...Thipurai City Hotel popped up at the top of the list. Even though the hotel is a bit older, it’s really well maintained and, honestly, way cleaner than some fancy 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at before. Would I come back to Thipurai City Hotel? Definitely! It’s actually quite charming. The area around it is full of shops and restaurants, and everything you need is within walking distance.

The hotel is located on a narrow street, with no traffic other than a moto now and then and its located in the middle of everything you need. As soon as you walk out the door you have restaurants, out door bars, nail salons and plenty of Hi End modern massage parlors with rates topping out at 300 hundred baht for a full body massage. Tailor clothing shops, beauty salons , mopeds for rent and taxi stands for the airports and train station,the train station is only about a half mile away.. Two 7 elevens a block to the right or a block to the left. And there is also a breakfast buffet available. Two blocks from the beach, 5 blocks to night market and just 2 blocks to the Hot Spot of walking streets with dozens of bars and street food.Big sports bars and Tinas bar has live music with a band that plays the classics from the 70s and 80s. The hotel is really nice and quiet, no noise at all. The front lobby is nice with cozy furniture. Beer and soft drinks are available in the lobby at a good price. The girls and guys at the counter speak perfect english and always smile and say say hello when you walk through the lobby, They are very lovely people , I must say, Out of all the hotels that Ive stayed at, all the hotel help were all very nice , but these girls and guys were by far the best.And the rooms are cleaned daily . They just make you feel important with their greetings and big smiles. The rooms are real spacious , beds are very comfortable, air con was excellant. The shower in the bathroom was small and outdated but thats ok , not a problem, everything works good.Also a little patio area for smokers. No windows or a view, but that dosent bother me. 2 bottles of water daily and and soaps and shampoos . With good thick towels.There is a Vanity table with large mirror and chair , Tv , and a couple night stands ,and fresh painted walls. Little fridge , coffee kettle , with coffee and tea. 2 nice fabric chairs .Shiny tile floors.
