The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and bars & restaurants. Lovely pool that gets the sun all day. Really smiley and friendly host, who has a pair of very cute dogs. The price was very good for what you get

The room could do with another window to let more natural light in. The safe was old and a bit of a faff to work out how to use. Some dust in high areas, but the cleaner was a bit short so probably couldn’t reach these spots!

Good Location just off the main road. Friendly staff offering to clean room every morning. Comfortable bed and good shower pressure Good wifi Good air con Able to sit outside on both sides of the room. Cute little cats and dogs you can say hi to.

Small things like the TV being ancient and no shower curtain. Construction site next door currently but it's not too bad. The pool deck could use an umbrella to sit in the shade during the day.

We had a late check in at 21:00 without any problems once we managed to attract the attention of the lovely host. She gave us a warm and friendly welcome, such a lovely lady! The room was big and airy with good, cold air con. The bathroom was spacious too and had the best shower I've ever had in Thailand, excellent pressure and so hot! Also, a nice clean shower curtain!! Bring your own loo roll and toiletries because they weren't supplied, this was not a problem for us. The bed was comfy and the sheets nice and clean. The towels looked brand new and were so fluffy and white. There was a kettle, cups and glasses and a fridge. The pool looked gloriously clean and very inviting but we didn't go in which we regret. The location was good for us, lovely and quiet in the evening, only a 10 minute walk to the beach, if that, and even less to the plethora of restaurants and bars in the area. We only stayed 2 nights as we could only spare a day in Hua Hin but we'd definitely come back. This place is very underrated as long as you don't mind a no frills stay.

Just that there was no breakfast and it was a bit dusty in the corners of the room.

Really good location close to central Hua Hin and the main beach. Big, clean comfortable room with kettle and big fridge. Nice pool and friendly staff.

Big noisy air con! But a first world problem! 🙄😂 Hua Hin was not our favourite place in Thailand. Too touristy and a bit ‘seedy’! But a good stopover from Bangkok to Koh Samui and Islands.

The owner is super nice and always smiling , she goes out of her way to make you happy , location is great , close to food and rhe beach is only a few min walk , pool is nice and is a great place to have some quiet time, I highly recommend

Only downside was the construction going on across the lane , lots of jack hammering but that part is finished , the last few days were great with very little.noise

Great little hidden gem very clean and comfortable right in the heart of everything with a pool and balcony as added bonus accidentally came across this but wouldn’t hesitate to go back

Perfect option for reasonable price. Good AC, clean, parking available, 5 min walk to the beach, 2 min to downtown, shops. Friendly staff.

The host is fantastic and friendly. Early check in without surcharge and private parking. Beds and beedding are indeed comfortable. Price is reasonable.
