Large well furnished room with kettle and fridge. Large balcony. Swimming is small but adequate. Views from pool area are incredible. Breakfast is basic but good. Furniture is little dated but that's reflected in the price. Great location. Down a quiet street but ten mins or so to beach, bars and night market. Staff are really polite and helpful. Would definitely use again and recommend

For the price couldn't fault anything. If you want 5 star pay 5 star prices. This is definitely VFM

Rooms are large with a great balcony, breakfast was good, and the location was near perfect,nice to see so.e improvements from my visit last year,like the roof much safer and cleaner

Nothing to dislike only a small criticism is the floor of my balcony was damaged so could only use 1/2 not a problem as I was a single traveller

Ideal place to stay in Hua Hin , rooms clean with comfortable beds If stopping more than a few nights the breakfast gets a litte boring same thing every day. I would definitely book this hotel in the future and recommend it to other tourists

Great AC & wifi. Excellent location. Very clean rooms and pool. 5 min walk from the train station. 10 min walk to beach. Scooter hire around the corner. Would come back. Helpful staff who speak English.

Breakfast was terrible, only a over cooked omelette and poor coffee. A v g bakery close by ( croissants and Co) Our room was a little dated but clean and comfy.

Staff were friendly . Location was good. Rooms were a good size. Pool was small and not as it appeared in pictures but at least you could cool off.

Very little English spoken, breakfast was just ok. Pool was not as it looked in the pictures.

An excellent hotel at an excellent price. It's a little dated, but the room, balcony and view were great. Very handy for the train station, a five minute walk. It's a twenty minute walk to a large shopping mall. Here you will find many shops, Lotus and an excellent cheap food court.

The pool on the roof is a let down.

Very clean , a bit tired, good location, very nice staff , bedding and towels changed daily and room cleaned, free water, adequate breakfast.

Centrally located, very close to the railway station., Roof top pool. Nice breakfast.

Things kept breaking, hot water, TV remote, keycard access but were fixed straight away.. Breakfast tables were not wiped down, we changed tables each morning as our crumbs from the previous day were still on the table.
